Crete Carriers

Crete Carrier Corporation is the worst trucking company I've ever had the displeasure of working for. The safety department is total garbage and if you go there, they'll put things on your driving record that never happened and refuse to make corrections. They will totally destroy your driving career. The showers are dirty and have mole. The toilets are messy. Maybe they clean them once every two days or so. Be sure to add up what they owe you and dispute the shortages in pay. They tell you where to go for fuel, the exact truck stop, and how much fuel to buy. You're not trusted with the fuel card and just fueling up. You won't get home on time and you won't get a minute over the home time you're due. The only thing good I can say about Crete Carrier is that they have good equipment as far as the tractors go. The trailers have issues.

Nice hot showers, great laundry room. Pretty decent store. Plenty of parking for bob tails, trailers & combination. Large lounge. I spent most of my 34 in the truck though. It's not super impressive, but not too much of a disappointment either. Decent terminal. Tomorrow I'll see if the shop has the DOT card I need (salt lake terminal did not) & see if there's a place I can print documents in the lounge. I was too tired to check today. ::sigh::

Your drivers are inconsiderate and rude. I was trying to pull into a gas station and your driver was literally sitting in his truck COMPLETELY blocking the entrance. Upon honking he moved all of 2 feet forward which was barely enough for my car to get by and the car that ended up pulling in behind me also honked to tell him to move and your driver simply ignored him, got out of his truck and walked away.

After they let you go then they rip you off. They owed me money and won't give it back as they said they had to clean my truck...which I had already done!! They don't care about people or drivers. All they care about it themselves screw everyone else.

WOOOOW....had MAJOR delivery issue and spoke to 2 customer service reps...firstly zero points for effort, zero points for knowledge AND zero points for placing the blame on the other company (Home Depot - who also deserve a whole bunch of zeros). Their 'basic delivery' should be re-named 'dump and run'...these people have no common sense and obviously can't be bothered to read the delivery comments section where it specifically stated...Deliver to driveway, not patio. Donkeys!
