I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment you walk in until you leave, you are treated like family. Today was our first visit having found it through a Groupon deal. I thought it would be a fun little excursion for myself and my mini me who loves all things art. She picked out a fairy jewelry box and myself a bowl with an intricate design. Joe, the owner, explained the entire process step by step and Mason, the manager, assisted with learning techniques and using tools for our particular projects. Well my bowl ended up being an hours long deal because I am so particular and determined (Joe said it's a strength called being deliberate). They didn't bat an eye and allowed me all the time I needed to complete my bowl. That's not to say I NEEDED to finish in one sitting, I just can't leave things unfinished. You can work on something a little over several days if need be, only paying your studio fee each time. We both had such a blast, we're considering a membership so we can continue the fun and visit our new friends Joe and Mason when they open at their bigger and better location this upcoming weekend.Go create something special as a gift or for yourself. You can spend time with friends and family or chat with the great people working there. No doubt about it, we'll be back!(They also have Date Night events and birthday parties!)

Hands-down the best! Had an amazing afternoon spending some quality time with my little girl. Joe (the owner) couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating! So refreshing as a consumer to patronize a place with this kind of customer service. Will definitely be back!

I was disappointed with the available selection they had. I also felt like a child because I had to ask for all the supplies rather than just having it available for me to pick out myself. I also was not happy with how the pricing was done, you have to pay both a studio fee per person and pay for a ceramic piece. The similar studios I've been to in the past had brushes, paints, sponges, etc. all available for the customers to get themselves and the ceramic pieces were all you paid for (the price including the cost of paint and firing fees). The issue is when you want to work on one piece with another person, you're paying twice the studio fees for one item. Even though I came in with a Groupon, I paid just as much as another studio I went to previously without a discount. The last thing I wasn't happy with was that the studio wont call when your piece is done, you have to remember to show up 2 weeks after and hope it's ready.

Being new in town this place seemed like a lot of fun. After finding a great deal on Groupon, my sister and I decided to check it out. The place was clean and the staff was super friendly. They were super helpful and were able to share some great information about the local area. There was a huge variety of things to paint and a great color selection. After painting you wait a week and then go pick it up. There is a studio fee which isn't too expensive. The activity can get pricy depending on what you choose to paint. Overall super fun. Will definitely return for the holidays with all the different pieces they offer.

Yesterday was my first time coming and I know I will come back again! The owner is such a nice guy, he's has a great sense of humor and an outgoing personality. He makes your feel comfortable and welcome. The workers are really nice and treated you with respect. It was hard to pick something to paint because there were so many good pieces!

I came in, from out of town, with my 12 year old daughter. My daughter is persnickety and it is usually hard for us to find things to do together that we both enjoy, but she LOVED this! There is a wide variety of ceramics to choose from, different sizes, different prices, different skill levels. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is okay to go in and not know anything about it, because they will explain every step of the process. They even suggested other places to experience while we were in town. We had such a good time, together, and it meant a lot to us. It has become a wonderful memory. I would love to go back.

I was in town visiting family and had gone here with a girlfriend of mine and her young son to paint and have some fun. Thinking that this would be a "cheap date" sort of thing for all of us to do...I was wrong! Not sure why this place charges a fee to get in the door and then on top of that charges a ridiculous amount of money for pottery that I can purchase at a much cheaper price at Hobby Lobby or Michaels. I'd rather have studio fees built into the price of the pottery instead. I can go to a paint and sip class and pay $35 at most for a great painting and have it be worth it - with no studio fee! Still a bit confused as to why a set of coasters or even a rocket ship was priced at $30/each, and to really upset you, had to wait a week to get the pottery after the kiln!
