I had some scratches and a dent on the front bumper of my car repaired here and based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Crash Champions. The repair job itself was fine. However, communication from this company is virtually nonexistent. I was on my way to pick up my car on the estimated date of completion (had to make arrangements to leave work early) and called to let them know I was on my way. They informed me that there was an unforeseen delay and my car was not ready yet. The repair was not completed for another week, during which I had to keep calling to request updates. When I picked up my car I was told that there were clips missing and I should bring my car back to have the clips placed when they came back in stock (estimated one week). It has been over a month since the repair and I still do not have the clips. I have called the shop multiple times and each time a staff member has no answers and falsely reassures me I will receive a call when the clips do arrive. It has been over a month and I have not received a single call from them. I paid a lot of money for a repair job that to this day is still technically unfinished. I unfortunately would not recommend this company for any auto repair needs.

We had an outstanding experience working with Crash Champions in Bellevue. Our Suburban looks brand new after a rear ending accident! Everyone in the office was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. They helped me navigate the rental car process with the insurance company as well as logistics of getting to and from the rental car company. Suzi kept in touch throughout the entire process so we knew how things were going and had a good idea of when our vehicle would be completed. The work they did was incredible and they got us in months earlier than all other body shops in the area. Highly highly recommend Crash Champions!

If you are looking for a shop that will have your car done in a timely manner and have great communication with you, then this is NOT THE SHOP FOR YOU! To say they "communicate" is a joke. My car was in the shop after being in an accident and I was told it would "take a couple of days". When I dropped it off I was told it would be there until Thursday or Friday "by the latest" of that week. Which I thought was fantastic because I was moving that weekend and needed my car back for the move. After I dropped my car off, I heard nothing. I called on Thursday and they said it would be done on Friday and they would call and let me know when it was ready. Friday at 3:30 (they close at 5:00) I have heard nothing so I had to reach out AGAIN and get the status of my vehicle and they said it would be ANOTHER WEEK IN THE SHOP! I was highly disappointed with the quote they gave me of it "only taking a couple of days" and "Friday by the latest". My whole moving plans were out the window. The next week came and I had to reach out again on Wednesday checking on the status of my car and they once again said "Friday by the latest" and "they would call me when it was ready". I had to call them AGAIN to see when it would be ready. Finally when I got my car back it "still needed parts". SO I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK IN AGAIN WITH NO COURTESY VEHICLE FROM THEM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THIER FAULT MY CAR HAD TO COME BACK. They quoted me it would only "take two hours". I had them swear up and down that it would because I was out of a vehicle and paying out of packet for a ride to work that day. I once AGAIN had to call the shop to check on the status at 3:30pm and it was not ready. They "had the wrong part and needed to find a new one". I was hugely upset because they promised me once again it would be down "IN TWO HOURS". Such a horrible communication from a shop. Such a horrible service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

I give 2 stars because the workmanship was ecellent. The office staff however, is an abomination. The cute young thing at the desk did not know what was in the contract I was forced to sign. She sends it out to, presumably, to all of the people treated as an inconvenience on the way to a nice payday. I came in with the insurnce end already completed, and if I was smart, I would have walked out then and there. She would ask me a question, not like the answer, "I already did that." After the 3rd or 4 question, I slapped the paperwork from the insurance down on her desk and said, "If you check your computer, you will find the paperwork. She said, "Where did you get that?" I thought that had been asked and answered. I was told that the repairs would take about 5 days. The following Monday, I called and was told that an estimate was only an es-ti-mate. Gods above and below, I haaaaate this company. Every week or 2, I would get a "Good News! (TM) your completion date has been delayed yet again. No reason was given. The mechanic told me the reason, and had I known the manufacturing of the cars, Metric for some and English for others, I would have been more understanding. If you want to be treated as old and/or stupid bring your care here! I told them I wrote for a living.
