Highly recommended to everyone. My baby ipad is broken. I call so many places they said 100-199$. One of the places. Said have to wait for 2 month unless have members with them fix done in 2 week. Luckily me find this place only $79 and fit for my ipad in 2 hours. Quick fast good service. Will recommend to everyone i know.

Turn around time was about 1.5hrs at lunch (I expected I could drop by at lunch...so did a couple others) :). I dropped it off at noon and told them I'd be back at 4:30pm. It took less than a minute to drop off and pick up. While they worked fast, I didn't feel rushed and they still communicated all the necessary information. Both employees were professional and relatable. They were one of the cheapest to fix my 6s plus too!

I have never had a broken cell phone screen and was a bit concerned about the cost to replace mine. As it turns out, the screen protector had done it's job!. The young man who helped me explained it and said he could remove the broken one and install a new one. He was careful to explain the cost - a great bargain especially compared to replacing the screen or getting a new phone - $40!!!! I highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair! I have been doing business with your company for years and have never had a bad experience. EVER. Always been pleased with the work and ALWAYS had great customer service. Until today. I brought a phone and a Mac in to be repaired. I was told about 45 minutes for the phone, a couple hours on the Mac. I returned 3 hours later .... the phone was ready to go and then I was asked if I had the charging cord for the Mac. ... Umn, no, I don't typically carry that with me. The gentleman told me my Mac was completely dead so they couldn't even access it. I asked if he did not have my phone number?? He said he did, he was just too busy to call me. Really? Knowing I would be coming back for the phone and the computer?? Unbelievable. My next question was ... Do you not have a charging cord on site?? You do computer repairs, wouldn't this be a standard piece of equipment to have on hand?! Instead, I asked for my computer back. I will be taking it elsewhere. You're clearly too busy for my business. I use to tell everyone about your store with rave reviews. Sadly, that will no longer be the case.

The camera on my phone broke. Although I have a "protection" plan through my cell provider, that would involve sending my phone away for a week or more. Fix It Fast's usual supplier was out of stock, so I ordered a replacement camera module online and took it to Fix It Fast. Less than an hour later, they had it installed. The cost was quite reasonable (full disclosure: even more reasonable after they saw my honest review).

Fast Friendly Professional Service. FAF fixed my daughter's iPhone 6plus. Repaired the screen and replaced the battery! This was second time to replace this screen and the quality seems much better and $20 cheaper! Highly recommended!

This was my first time at CPR cell phone repair, I had my glass repaired front and back. Ryan did a Outstanding Job on it! It's looks brand new! Destroyed!!! MY!!!!! SIIMMM CARDD! They gave me my phone back without the SIM card in it!!!!!! When I explained to them that my SIM card wasn't in my phone they told me I didn't come in with a SIM card!!!! After I complained they put my original SIM card in and told me it was normal to have a SIM card break when taken out. They told me I had to go buy one out of my busy schedule!!! Phone looks good though. Maybe they should hire people that are good at fixing screens and not ruining sim cards. Dishonest bad company. Lying is dumb. I want a full refund.
