I have used these people for years for battery replacements and screen repairs. I took my daughters Mac computer in there, and they had it fixed in minutes and would not even charge me!

Upfront pricing and able to do most repairs in hours rather than days. I hope to never need a screen on a device replaced again but if I do they'll be my first stop.

Grant did a great job of replacing my zagg screen cover for the 10 dollar fee. It saved me from having to go through the hassle of doing it by mail. He also installed it quickly and efficiently. Outstanding assistance.

I've gone to CPR many times for repairs to a phone or laptop, to buy a used phone, for accessories, or to consult with them on a problem I was having with either the phone or laptop. I have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful, scrupulously honest, affordable, and very fast. It's not uncommon for them to do the repair right then and there, or to get it done that day. Several times they've taken my phone, done a 5-minute repair, handed it back, and told me no charge! Yesterday, getting ready for work, I managed to knock my phone into the sink of water. . . . the phone worked throughout the whole day. This morning it was DEAD. Called CPR, spoke with the technician and he immediately listed what it could be & just stop by. So dropped off at lunch. Picked it up after work. He explained everything and showed me. They had the needed replacement part. Bingo. Super nice and patient especially so having to explain such matters to a NON tech person. Excellent price for excellent work! Saved the day!! I had an unexpected cellphone malfunction that required quick attention.I am disabled and depend on a transpiration company to get to adialysis and need to be able to communicate by cellphone with the van drivers. I called CPR and the person answered the phone was curtious and knowledgeable and said to just bring the phone on in.O was told it should take no more than 2 hrs to fix as they had the part in stock.Good to their word, less than an hour my phone was fixed and I was using my phone!Price charged was reasonable. Update from my last review! My phone has completely failed. Bluetooth no longer works, the WiFi randomly disconnects and the screen renders unresponsive. The display also will go randomly dark if you have the brightness up to high for to long. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS! I REPEAT DO NOT! There are better options available.

I'm impressed. My phone screen was cracked so bad I could see the blue lights inside. (I started to spin Syfy.) I took it to Phone Fix USA on my lunch hour and while I ate, he fixed my phone. My phone works great now. I chose the Apple screen over the after market screen and I'm glad I did. The responsiveness is awesome and the cost is so much better than buying a new phone. I highly recommend this store for value, speed, friendliness of the staff and for not needing to buy a new phone. Big thank you!
