Ok so when I got here the splash pad felt small and I wasn't sure if the kids would enjoy it. I was so wrong. The kids LOVED it! My 2 year and 5 year old had a blast we went with some friends and their kids 10 and 6 years old and everyone had a great time. There were two different picnic table areas and both were covered. There is a large grass area next to the spray ground as well as what looked like a walking trail but I can't speak much to the trail. We will definitely be going back.

This is a super fun splash ground in West Omaha. Size wise, it's as big as the other splash parks around Omaha. I live closer to the Stonge Ridge Splash ground but this one might be just a bit suited better for older kids. There is just as many offerings as other splash parks with water coming up from the ground, water gun type fishes and hoses but the big appeal is the giant water bucket that dumps gallons of water on top of the kiddos. With my two wee little ones that was too much for us so it wasn't as fun, but I defintely would bring them back when they're older. There are a lot of shaded areas and picnic tables to eat at. For a Saturday it wasn't that busy and we parked in the surface lots. Definitely recommend.

Summer of 2020 is the year of the splash pad. With the pools (mostly) closed due to COVID, I have been seeking out alternatives to keep the kids active. Thanks go the review by Meg :-) this one hit the radar. My girls are 7 and 10 and loved the bucket. Every couple of minutes a large gush of water poured over the ground. There are a number of picnic tables available, but I brought my own chair. Beyond the spray ground, there are several soccer fields if the kids are interested in simply running around. This is a bit of the beaten path for me (190th and Q), but a really nice splash pad option in Omaha.
