BED BUGS

We reserved a suite here due to the fact they allow pets. They are conveniently located near the freeway, gas stations, and several restaurants. The room was very spacious. I did use their free wifi to send out my resume to a company while on the road. The Internet was a little slow. The room was very outdated with ugly decor from the 80's. The towels and washcloths were peach. This freaked me out as I like the white so I can see they've been bleached clean! Lol! When my family went to get the continental breakfast, the door was locked and they could tell they had just woken up the man working the night shift. Being vegan, I couldn't eat anything they had out, so I drank some orange juice that tasted more like water than juice. This isn't a place I'd stay to relax. However, it is a place of stay at for the convenience of the location.

An inexpensive motel ("suites" is a stretch). The building seems old but the bathrooms are clean and remodeled. New HDTVs but without any HD cable service let alone HBO. Everything else is old 80s motel style stuff. It is close to restaurants, gas, convenience stores and the interstate. For one night this would be fine but the wifi was unusable. After ten hours on the road I needed to do some business but after some small issues connecting NONE of my devices or my laptop could actually get to the internet at all. I had an IP address and DNS resolution but no external route that would work, which indicates an issue with their router or modem.I called down to the front desk (on my cell phone since the rooms don't have actual phones) but I got no resolution. So I had to do what business I could on my cell phone. In today's day and age Internet access is not just a luxury for me but a necessity. There are plenty of other options off this exit I wish I would have tried and for which I would have gladly paid extra.

Ok, first off I stay in hotels 275+ days a year for business, that said I try to find reasonable places to stay.My requirements are simple, a clean room with a good bed. This place fits the bill for me, the room is clean, the bed is good, decent TV channels but an older tv, the bathroom was good.Checking in is always easy and the people at the desk are always very nice.Breakfast is the usual continental breakfast but OKWill I stay here again? As this is my second time staying here....yes

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! Don't walk but RUN from this place. This will be your worst hotel experience ever. The hotel smells of curry spice that just gets into everything you wear or in your luggage. No matter what floor your room is on, there is no access w/o climbing stairs. No elevators. None of the staff speak English. Horrible location with homeless, transients, and prostitutes near the Trucking Travel Center next door. Poor lighting and horrible customer service. Additionally, their policy posted on the web states they accept service animals. However, after a brief stay, I was kicked out for having a service animal. The owner was offered to view the paperwork but refused. Hotel also overcharged one night more that I was at the location. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

BED BUGS!!! DO NOT STAY HEREFound bed bugs the morning after staying the night here. When we told the manager what we had found, he was not apologetic or trying to compensate at all. We eventually got a refund on our stay after sitting in the parking lot and warning people of the situation--which he then "thanked" us for turning away costumers. Other guests in the parking lot went and checked their rooms and, along with bites, too found bed bug evidence on their mattress. In addition to this, when we walked into the room it smelt like smoke, and the fridge barely worked. This place should be shut down, as it was not at all concerned about resolving the issue.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable! Check in was fast and easy! The proprietor was very friendly and efficient and actually took the time to ask you questions about your travels. Next door is Cracker Barrel if you're looking for a heartier breakfast than than the continental breakfast offered here. Priced right for a good night! This place is great and we will definitely be back!
