Before you drive all the way over to Blair to look at the beautiful (in pictures) fairly priced Denali...STOP! THIS POS IS A RUST BUCKET! I didn't even waste my time driving it! I'd wager if you take this thing down a gravel road it gets dusty! INSIDE! They have masterfully broke out a spray can of gloss black to try to cover it up, and if you know how to take pictures, (they do) it looks great! At about 10' away it starts to come into focus. If these guys will try to sell that thing with a straight face, they'd probably stand on their mother's neck for a free pen too! Do what you want, don't say I didn't warn you!

There is not a easier place to buy a vehicle than Country Auto. Quick and easy process and you don't feel like you are buying at a "used car lot". All of their vehicles pass inspection before coming on their lot and go above and beyond on making things right when needed. Very transparent through the whole process and there is no "man behind the curtain" pulling strings to make the process difficult. They always have the most unique and nicest cars in the metro area that are well kept and clean!

Got a great deal on a truck here! The salesman was friendly, and the warranty they offered covered a lot for a used vehicle. It's already paid for itself with brake pads, rotors and oil changes. They explained the loan well, and I was happy with the terms. I will be going back to them when it's time for a new one!

I sent a message asking if a vehicle that I was interested in was still available. About an hour later, I received a response stating that yes, it was available. I said that i would be there at 3:00 to look at it - which I was (after an hour and a half drive). When i got there, the salesman told me that the vehicle had been sold "a few hours ago", and asked if he could show me something else. I explained that i wasn't interested in playing games, and left immediately. I will NEVER do business there. I went across the street to Woodhouse Ford and had a fantastic experience.

If this vehicle wouldn't have been what we were looking for for our son's first vehucle, although overpriced, we would have ran for the hills. Still wished we would. We showed up to the dealership and took the vehicle for a test drive. Notified the staff that TWO lights were on, on the dash and they claimed they would look into it while we discussed finances. We sat in a room for an hour and a half, and the manager would peek his head in and say that some old guy was really holding them up. I looked in the office of the finance guy and our salesman had his feet kicked up and they both had sandwiches Infront of them chit chatting. The finance guy eventually comes in with a packet of paper and instead of explaining it to us page by page to sign he just handed it to us with no instruction. The mileage on the paperwork was off a significant amount from what it was being sold to us as. We were given the wrong title to sign, in which thankfully we noticed before we left. As we were asking questions they were leading us to the door. They said they fixed one light but not the other. The lady who handles the title reassured us we could go anywhere to get the license plates. We asked her if she could specifically send it to our county's courthouse. We get a call a week later they sent it to another county. So now we have to go buy plates at one county and turn them into another county and pay for new ones. Leaving the dealership following the vehicle home we notice the brake lights burnt out. There was so many red flags that we should have quit while we were ahead. The manager Alex had called about our concerns and was extremely rude and defensive. Alex is sending a check for 5$ for the exchanging of plates to be done in the correct county. The whole experience was a mix of extremely poor customer service and lack of respect towards the customers. The manage was more interested in letting customers know he was an "Ex professional sports player" and couldn't put his ego aside to be personal and respectful towards our time and patience spent at his business.

I'm a US Navy Veteran. After buying a truck from them "as-is," this is all of the problems: https://xoxocar.com/inspection/22e7c616-5c2c-4455-96ab-b8e5177f0441?sb=rtg&b=0I bought this truck "as-is," from Country Auto in Blair, NE. However, if you look at all the problems, or read this summary:Your engine oil is leaking, whole motor is soaked top to bottom and leaking all over ground, needs to be degreased; oil pan has hole.Your front shocks are worn out.Your front shocks are leakingYour front sway bar is broken...Your stabilizer frame bushings are looseYour rear shocks are worn outYour stabilizer frame bushings are loose...Your stabilizer links are looseReplace steering stabilizer shockReplace drag linkReplace steering gear boxReplace pitman armReplace front driveshaft u-jointsReplace left front axle shaft u-jointReplace right front axle shaft u-jointThe hanger on your exhaust is broken, Your exhaust is leaking. Replace muffler. It should be reasonable to expect the truck to drive, and not stall out anywhere between 2 - 6 times a day! And for a dealership to sell a truck with all of these issues...We went back and forth, when there was problems with funding. They actually had the balls to say "my truck." Who paid for it? I put money in, so I have an interest in it. I figured I'd drop the financing, which took it from $8k - about $17k!--and buy it...according to them "a lot of people would want it." Look at the list, look at the pictures. Is this a stealership you'd want to buy from?

After spending an entire day test driving vehicles with my 17 year old daughter, the one she decided on was a Country Auto. My husband went back the next day since they were already closed when the final decision was made. He inspected the vehicle and found that a front tire was bald. Asked if they would replace or negotiate price and was told no on both. When asked if this was good business to sell a vehicle with a bad tire to a kid on a tight budget, was told "You don't have to buy the vehicle." Since she had her heart set and wasn't there to talk her out of it, we purchased the vehicle anyway. Less than a week later, the clutch went out. Pretty sure they don't inspect their vehicles or at least don't tell you any underlying issues. On a side note, the sales person was great. It was the owner that wasn't.

Updated. Alex and Rich the mechanic really stepped up and made things right. They brought back in the truck and fixed everything that needed fixed. Even went the extra mile to fix some items that werent on our list. I appreciate their effort to make it all right and were are happy.
