Council Hitch

Because I'm in central Omaha I initially overlooked Council Hitch and went with a nearby outlet of a national brand. National Brand jerked me around so I cancelled my appointment and called Council Hitch in a state of some urgency. They worked me right in and did my project while I waited. Their price was right in line with what the other guys quoted but couldn't do. I was back on the road in less than an hour with a tidy install for a fair price from nice folks. It's worth the trip down West Broadway to get the job done. Recommended.

This review is about a year late. I was in a bind and needed to get a hitch installed on my car because I was moving two days later and uhaul informed me they were incapable of installing it due to the extent of the electronics and wiring. They pointed me in the direction of council hitch. They saw me the same day (squeezed me into their already busy day) and even stayed past their closing time to make sure I was able to move safely with a uhaul. I made it half way across the country with a trailer and all of the wiring worked perfectly. I appreciate their hard work so much! Would absolutely recommend to any and everyone!

I've been here twice and both times they were fast, courteous, and low pressure sales. They got me in same day to put hitch on my new car so I could go jet skiing yet that weekend. Highly recommend Council Hitch. REASONABLE PRICED TOO!

Excellent and speedy service! I elected to wait while my hitch, wiring and ball was installed which only took about half an hour. The waiting area was very nice equip with tv, coffee, newspapers, etc. The employees were very friendly and helpful! After my vehicle was finished they showed me how the wiring worked and even tested it to show the turn signals and brake lights were working.

WONDERFUL! I was desperate to get a hitch installed within 48 hours of moving cross country and these kind souls were able to get it done for me. They are kind and helpful. Go here instead of U-Haul and save yourself a lot of time and frustration.

I needed trailer wiring updated and an electric brake control installed. They jumped right on it and it works perfectly. Very happy with their customer service and help.
