Mistreat customers, and so DISRESPECTFULLY laugh in their face when the customer is just trying to understand where the ball was dropped with communication. Will not be recommending this place to anyone, and will go out of my way to be sure and share this terrible experience I've learned of in hopes to steer any and everyone else I know away from this place.

If I could give negative stars I would. First off I brought my deceased dog in to be cremated was charged an amount at drop off. When I was told she was ready, I came in and was told I was undercharged and had to pay more. They told me the paw print was burned and they would make it right and special for me and call when it was done. Almost a month later I received it. The print was made up of someones fingerprints. Dr. Otto doesn't want to admit of any wrong doing. We have been clients of Jody Jones for over 10yrs and never had a problem.

We needed to find a new vet since moving to Lincoln. This pet clinic is pretty close to us, so we made an appointment. The reception area is very tight, and I was uncomfortable with the possibility of another dog or cat coming in b/c of it. Coming into the clinic there isn't any grass to hit either. Even with an appointment we waited 45 minutes. We had given the office our former vet's number when we made the appointment. But they seemed to wait till we were there 20 min before they even called them. We were not impressed even after seeing the DR. Both hubby & I got the same impression, so we will be looking elsewhere.

Worst vet ever! I have been with them for YEARS, but Ever since Dr. Otto left it has been turnover central and terrible care. Mose EXPENSIVE in lincoln and extremely insensitive and uncaring. I am a pet sitter and I would NEVER go here again. save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. My pup had a breathing problem, and they would not treat her without a $400 Xray and another vet visit for the extra $$ she would not even discuss trying to make her comfortable in the meantime while i raised the funds. Never mind that they kept me waiting in a room for 45 minutes and never even apologized for our time. So incredibly insensitive!! They refused to call me back and i left 3 messages regarding her care. I finally lodge a complaint and took my pups elsewhere. Horrible, horrible service. If they had negative stars i would give them that!!

Love Dr. Jones, she's very knowledgeable and caring with her animal patients, and uses "force free" practices. Sometimes the office staff seems disorganized, but I think they're working on this. I've been taking my dogs there for several years.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. My cat was very ill and ended up passing away in their care; while I do not blame them for his passing I am incredibly upset in the aftermath of it. I paid half of the bill up front and after his passing, I was told I could pay the other half once I picked up his ashes. After over a week without hearing from them, I called and was informed that the furnace had been broken and that I would be put on a "priority list," I asked again about payment and was assured that I could pay once I picked up the ashes. After THREE more weeks, I still hadn't heard back and called again. This time I was informed that they hadn't cremated him because I hadn't paid (even though I was told I could pay once I picked up his ashes). I paid and got his ashes a few days later, an entire month after his passing. I had to ask for a receipt of all the charges to be sure of what I was paying for and NOW they can't find the carrier I took him in! The emotional loss plus their mishandling is absurd. I will never recommend Cotner or Superior vet care to anyone.

We lost our wonderful labradoodle Zeke two years ago. Dr. Jones sat with us when he was passing away...on the floor with Zeke. She is the most compassionate and caring person and is such a good fit for our pets. We now have Charley and thanks to Dr. Jones, fixed a problem early in his life that could have crippled him...or worse. Charley loves to go to the clinic and jumps right out of the car and into the clinic door. Thank you for the extraordinary care we have received. We have followed Dr. Jones for over 12 years now, where she goes...we go! Thanks Jody and staff!

The new receptionist is a joke. She doesn't even know what time the clinic is open and argues with me. I brought my dog in for boarding and he sprinted to the door right as I handed her the leash. She was rude when I asked her if she was a dog person and stormed in the back to get someone else. The other person had no problem getting him back there and was much comfortable. I like Dr Otto but I DO NOT trust that new receptionist with my dog. She also is very disorganized with paper work and unprofessional. 5 stars to the clinic 0 stars for the receptionist.

My boyfriend brought my cat in for a nail trim on a busy Saturday morning and while there asked about the dental cleaning as part of her wellness package, and they were able to do her blood draw at the same time. It was great that they were able to save us the extra trip - much appreciated! I also appreciate how friendly and welcoming the staff are every time I visit. Thanks!
