Corporate Travel Management

My company uses Polk for travel, and they are awful compared to any other corporate travel agent I have ever used. Website brings terrible flights (much better selection and price on Kayak, etc.) and hotels. Prices are 3-4x national players they charge you $30+ just to call them. And they make you call them, if you book a flight on United, instead of calling United customer service (which is surprisingly more helpful, that's a low bar) you have to call Polk at $30+. With the internet why would anyone use a travel agent anyhow, especially at these prices, pay more get less selection, BRILLIANT!

There's some agent who works there, part-time maybe because she's not there everyday, and she is simply outstanding. The most knowledgeable and efficient Asia and Italy expert we consulted with before our trips to both of the regions. Jo is her name. If you are looking to book a trip to those areas and are willing to splurge a bit, she knows luxury travel and she knows Asia and Italy better than anybody. I highly recommend her and Polk Majestic!

I had a wonderful experience with this travel company. There customer service in the ETM department was incredible. I had to change my accommodations and flights several times and they were always very responsive. I would highly recommend them to any company that is looking to do an event.
