Carl and team are spectacular. We had a very large interior insurance claim and the cornerstone team did a wonderful job with the repairs and restoration. Plumbing, refinishing wood floors, repairing walls, replacing flooring, ripping out old, radiators, and more. If we need more work done on the house, they will be our first call.

Jesse and his team repaired our basement disaster. I highly recommend this company. Our basement needed a total remodel. The water damaged everything from the flooring and into the walls. So everything needed to be replaced. We have about 2,000 sqft of living space down there. They did a fantastic job, were easy to work with, and worked well with our insurance company. As you can see from the images, we haven't completed unpacking. Cornerstone remodeled everything except for the ceiling. New flooring, walls, bathroom, and kitchen. We are very happy with their work. I'd hire them again.

Carl and team are excellent to work with and take the stress out of managing several different contractors simultaneously for our 5,300 sq ft home remodeling project. They went above and beyond to help us meet our timelines with excellent craftsmanship. We were appreciative of the suggestions along the way around design/pitfalls to avoid. Home remodels can quickly turn into a nightmare but we were thankful to work with a company that we could count on and deliver - our experience was great and would do it again!

We used Cornerstone after our house fire. The first 90% of the work was done quickly, but the quality was not the best. They had to redo several walls in our basement because they were not done correctly the first time. The shower they put in leaked constantly into the basement. After trying to contact Carl several times to fix it he told me I wasn't closing the shower doors correctly and then disappeared. We still have a giant hole in our basement ceiling since we can't get a hold of him. We hired another contractor and found out the shower was leaking because they never put caulking around the base of the shower.

our basement flooded and cornerstone was who we hired. I am a Forman carpenter by trade the finishing work took 2 weeks for 10 sheets of drywall. it wasn't very good either the holes where outlets are we're too big and we have gaps in our outlet plates. they never finished our bathroom which should have been in the bid the laminate was demoed and never relayed it's been 6 months and still fighting with them. cornerstone is probably the shottiest company I have ever worked with. the paint was messed up they did come back to fix this which I was happy about but another big issue I have is they cut two return vents in my daughters room and none in the spare room lol and never installed or bought new vent covers. they almost never answer their phone. I would highly recommend staying away from this contractor. when i told Carl about these issues he insisted I didn't know what I was talking about and undermined me the whole time. cased everything out but missed one side of one door. The only quality work I seen with this company was the trim. The finish carpenter was very respectful and fast. everything about the management and the drywall/ finish is trash

Jesse and his group did an amazing job with our kitchen and basement after it flooded from a pipe burst. Our whole kitchen was remolded and pretty much the basement as well. Jesse kept in contact with me every step of the way and made the remodel as easy as could be! He welcomed any changes we had on the fly and made took care of us. They dealt with the insurance company and made the process way less stressful. All in all, the remodel was awesome thanks to his team! Highly recommend Cornerstone Restoration and we will definitely be using them in the future for other projects!

I had a house fire on December 27, 2016, my insurance agent hired Carl. It is a year later and the house is not finished and Carl is not answering my phone calls.

Had Carl from Cornerstone act as general contractor on an insurance claim where I had to have my Furnace replaced. This was in Jan 2010, well come to have furnace trouble Oct 2017 and I come to find out that the sub contractor that Carl from Cornerstone used put in a 2002 model furnace a unit that was 7-8 years old at the time. Now I called and email back and fourth with Carl and he feels he has no responsibility what so ever to rectify this and finds no issue if his sub-contractors use old parts or new parts. I would never use this company for anything ever again. I was not asking for them to replace the whole unit but to at least take some responsibility for a 7-8 year old furnace to be passed off as brand new.
