Core 45

LOVE LAGREE!! Been going here for almost 8 months! I did a class at 9 months pregnant too with modifications. I was so excited to come back after I had a baby, this has been the best ab, leg, arm, all around workout! My core has been so strong since post birth. ALL the instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful, and no workout is ever the same. I have taken my friends here and they said they are so sore, it hurts to laugh type of sore. The shakes here are the best!! Highly recommend trying a class here if you need something new!

It's all in the name! Core 45 was the best core workout I have ever had. That, along with a full body, high intensity, strength and endurance workout. All in 45 minutes with great music and supportive instruction. What's even better, THE FIRST CLASS IS FREE! Check this place out, you have nothing to lose except maybe a few inches around your waist.

So excited that Lincoln finally has their own lagree studio. This is the first micro former studio in Lincoln, and the instructor is absolutely so kind, knowledgeable and helpful.I've practiced the mega former, but this is a nice, gentle way to ease back into it . Excited for them to add more classes soon !
