I have a BMW, a Mercedes, and an Audi. I wouldn't even bother taking your Mercedes in to MB of Omaha. I had a service issue that should be covered under warranty (NOx emissions sensors showing out). Cordel's returned the vehicle to me and suggested I take it to them to repair, no charge. After dropping it off on Wednesday at MB Omaha, I finally heard back from them that it wasn't covered and would be a $2000 repair. Not only that, they returned the vehicle in "countdown" meaning I can only start and stop it 8 times before it doesn't start anymore (serious doesn't flaw on the diesels). Neither the service advisor nor the service manager knew anything about the implications of not performing the repair, and to be honest, I didn't get the sense they cared at all. I didn't buy the car from them so they didn't want to touch it, but they were more than happy to charge me $160 to tell me what Cordel's have already told me for free. What a scam. In addition, I have never met with such incompetent service people. "I'm not a mechanic" got old after the first few times. Maybe you don't need to me a mechanic, but if you're a service advisor, at the very least be able to get me an answer. As a car owner (also not a mechanic), I should be able to repeatedly stump you with not-so-difficult questions about having issues with my car. Long and short, I'm taking my business back to Cordel's where I get treated like a human being. Anthony has been great to work with and comes across as down to earth and trustworthy. They have performed the repairs in a timely manner and are more reasonably priced. I won't return to MB of Omaha unless it is an absolute necessity. I may have bought my first and last Mercedes based on my experience there.

We have been long time customers of Cordel Foreign Motors. We have tried a few other BMW repair centers in the past and always came back to Cordel because they don't try to upsell you and their prices are reasonable and definitely better priced than dealerships. We have been going to Cordell throughout their 3 location transitions. Even with it being a farther drive in Elkhorn, we keep returning for our BMW repairs n maintenance. We have full confidence in this family run business!

Very pleased with this shop and their service. They fixed a problem with my Audi quite quickly. Brake problem was not as bad as I thought. Their analysis saved me $800. I will certainly be a return customer. -- Zane Porter

These guys came in clutch! I have a 03 325i e46 that was at another shop at the time and had been told I had bent valves and was told about 3500 to fix it. I brought the car here for a second opinion as they where very confident over the phone that the first shop it was at was completely wrong. These guys looked at my car for literally 5 minutes and had it running just fine and it ended up being a simple faulty mass air flow sensor. So these guys saved me 3500 in repairs that didn't exist! Definitely plan on coming back to these guys if I'm ever stuck clueless on a repair. Not to mention the guys gave me a free mass airflow sensor they had laying around which goes for 180+

Wow. Simply amazing. I was originally in touch with joel about a car I wanted to purchase. I wanted to bring it in and verify if I was to be getting a good deal. I called again a week later and spoke with someone else and they said I could bring in said vehicle no problem.I arrived today and I was surprised! Like a mom and pop shop, but mom stepped out for a bit. Very down to Earth and understanding. these guys deal only with foreign cars. VW, Audi, Mercedes Benz, BMW, etc...I saw an awesome Merkur XR4Ti. Message me if you son't know how cool that is.A really great shop that is second to none and if not for them, I don't know if I would have my new used car. Reasonable estimates and a great demeanor.I would love to say I can't wait to come back, but I know I will be and I have to save money for that.Overall, a great value and no BS. I shall be loyal

I've taken my 2003 530i here a few times. Most the time I do the work myself but some jobs get a home gamer way over their heads. Joel is a great guy to deal with and he knows a lot about the cars he works on. Most recently I had to replace my entire cooling system. I had already bought the parts and was all tooled up and ready to do the job. Turns out my fan clutch would not come off at home.. I tried my hardest but in the end have up. I had to towed to them with all parts in the trunk. They had no problems installing the parts that were not bought from them. And charged me for only labor. I know they missed out on the profit margin for some of the parts. But they were awesome about it. Currently planning on having them refresh my suspension in the front. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Awesome service for foreign cars.

'Car mechanics' is not my area of expertise, so just hope for the best when choosing a mechanic. We took our car to Cordel and were so pleased with the entire operation! From the intake conversation to the post-appointment follow-up, Cordel does things right. They are extremely knowledgeable about various makes/models and just nice people. We feel fortunate to have found them!
