Copple Chevrolet GMC

I cannot say enough nice things about the customer care at Copple. We had several unexpected issues with the vehicle that we purchased from them, and the team at Copple was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was repaired and in perfect condition for us. Don from the service department made several trips up to our home in Bellevue to check the vehicle and pick it up/drop it off for servicing and he was so kind and helpful. Mark, the sales representative that helped us was also wonderful to work with. The sales experience was zero pressure and he stayed involved throughout the entire service process to make sure we were being cared of. I always want to bring my business back to Cass County if I can and am happy to say that we will be back to Copple for our next vehicle.

I have had several great buying experiences with Copple Chevrolet, most recently I purchased a 2020 Blazer. My sales person Mark V was very helpful finding exactly what my fiancé wanted. They didn't have it in inventory but traded another dealer, and still offered us a better price than the dealer who had it in stock. Mike K the general manager made all of that possible and even delivered it with the purchase documents to our house in Elkhorn NE. Thanks, Copple crew for making buying a Chevrolet or GMC an easy experience. We will definitely be checking with Copple before buying in the future.

What a wonderful sales team. Had the best experience. I told mark what I was looking for , what I wanted and how I wanted it. He found the perfect car for me, I drove down to see it and it was all ready for me. This was my first Chevy and the first brand new car I have ever purchased and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I think everyone should purchase their vehicles from Copple Chevrolet!!

I dont live to far from Copple but I have never heard good things from anyone. I decided to give them a fair shot and decide for myself. I showed up during the week after work maybe around 530. Inside I was greeted by a nice gal and she had a couple sales guys ready to assist. I had done my home work and had decided to buy a high country chevy or a denali gmc sierra. They sell both so I thought perfect I can see both and make my decision. I was able to drive both and park them by each other which was nice to compare in person. They didnt have the exact color and interior of the one I wanted. The salesman took my business card last week and said he would find one and let me know asap. Here we are 5 days later and no contact. I assumed he must of moved on to better things and gave my 50k to woodhouse. Which is a very pleasant place to deal with btw. Long story short call people back!

We purchased a used vehicle in May 2023. We had a horrible experience and want to tell people to be aware. The car was to come with 2 key fobs, we got one and were promised the other as they had to order it. It has been 3 months and when we call to see where it is, we get the run around. Still no 2nd key fob. When they pulled in to finalize the sale there was a huge dent on the passenger side that wasn't there when we purchased it an hour before, after speaking with them they agreed to fix it and get us a loaner (the loaner made it to our house and sat there as it needed a new battery or whatever, so when the car was fixed it came back with 4 different tires, 4 brands. I wrote to the owner over 2 weeks ago and....nothing. It really was sad as my parents used to but vehicles all the time from them. Thanks Brandon Copple, we no longer send people your way.

Ive been a Copple customer for a couple of years and I've been very happy with every aspect of their service. The initial sales transaction was a pleasant surprise; no high pressure sales tactics or false promises. Routine service visits have included a thorough review of all systems and fluids, a complete report of any findings and a really easy checkout process. I can't say enough about the Service department and I am so happy I chose Copple!

Salesperson, Gene Frees took great care of me. He was a pleasure to work with, and got me into a safe vehicle that meets all of my needs and fit my budget. Jason VanSchoiack is one of the most arrogant person I've ever dealt with. He is everything that is wrong with car sales and the process. Bought somewhere else and would recommend you do the same.

I stopped by to look at a truck in used vehicles, the tall sales guy did not like my questions or comments, he was even kind of an ass and rude. I will never stop and look at a vehicle at copple again.
