Concrete Doctor

This was a great experience from start to finish. I initially had a hard time finding someone willing to do this small project: leveling out a few sections of sidewalks that had sunk and tilted. The "big guys" in town didn't seem interested unless they could up-sell me on other work, and redo my entire driveway. Concrete Doctor had no problem with it! The estimate was very reasonable price-wise, and they were very upfront about when they were busy and what the timeline would look like for us. The concrete leveling was completed in an afternoon, and our sidewalks look great - and are a lot safer! They also did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. The last plug I'll give Concrete Doctor is this: I had two different concrete companies recommend these guys when they couldn't do the jobs themselves. When even your competition recommends you, you know you're doing something right.

This is the second time we've used this crew. The first time was to mudjack the driveway. This time was today to mudjack a patio that sloped toward the house. Excellent results. Appreciate the attention to detail. Price was good and would definitely recommend!

We've used them on three mudjacking jobs. Always on time, professional and a great job. No complaints from us.

Our back patio around the foundation of our house had sunk and cracked. We had that part of the patio replaced and also had our patio enlarged. We were told from the time we signed our contract on March 25 that it would be 3 weeks until they could begin work. I followed up with them 5 weeks later as we had not heard a word from them. I was then told due to the weather they were behind on jobs. We were also told they didn't want the ground so wet as to tear up peoples yards with their equipment. This is understandable but it would have been nice for them to communicate they were behind. June 8 we inquired again about the status of our patio job. We were told it would be done the end of that week or the next week. We told them we would be gone on vacation the following week but they could sure do the work while we were gone. Believe it or not, we got back from vacation and the work still wasn't done. June 14 they finally started work on our patio. The patio itself now looks good but our yard around the patio is completely tore up from their equipment. They were worried about the weather being bad and tearing our yard up....Well the weather was not bad and they still tore up our yard. They also splattered cement on our siding and our vinyl fence. Nothing was done to clean this off nor was anything said about it. Concrete Doctor is not my first recommendation but if you have them do any work for you I would suggest you require them to lay mats/cardboard down so as to not tear up your yard. We won't have grass again until next year when we can plant seed. I would also suggest you demand communication.
