I had my 8 year old son perform an adjustment and treatment program and we are very pleased with the results. I've seen a lot of chiropractors over the years and am happy with the atmosphere and staff at CHC!

Do not do auto debit with them! They charged me twice after cancelling with them and refused to give me a refund that i had to dispute it ...and then after disputing it they sent me a bill this is an awful place

If you are looking for a good chiropractor, keep looking. If you have money you want to throw away, then you've found a hole to throw it in! These guys set me up on a 12 month plan to alleviate my problem. When I couldn't afford to go anymore, they told me I signed a contract and they would still be taking the money out of my account if I didn't come for adjustments... they were true to their word on that! Haven't been there for two months and they've taken an additional $234.50 from me. They won't respond to my complaints or resolve the issue... they won't even respond to my report to the Better Business Bureau... my neck hurts like hell right now, but I will never step foot in their clinic again!

The adjustments and therapies used by Dr. Jason and his staff fixed my chronic knee pain. I had not been able to run pain-free since middle school and after only a couple of months of care I had significantly improved. My work-outs are no longer hindered by bad knees. The kind of place that gives chiropractic a bad name. They set everyone up on a year's treatment. As if everyone's problems are going to take a year -- no more, no less -- to "fix". They lay out what the treatment is going to be: x number of visits at $40 ea., x number of Xrays at $150 ea, etc. Then they give you this big 10% discount off the package price. I paid almost $4000 up front, then quit after 6 months because I wasn't seeing ANY difference -- after 60 visits, NO DIFFERENCE. And my refund came to a whopping $130. The people are so very nice I didn't realize I was being screwed until I quit the "treatment". It's still hard to believe such nice people can screw you so completely, and still try to make you believe that the way they did it was only right. Six years ago I went to a chiropractor in Colorado. He saw me 3 times a week for 2 weeks, 2 times a week for 2 weeks, then once a week for 2 weeks. For the exact same issue I went to Complete Health Chiro for. The guy in Colorado had me pain-free in that amount of time. This guy couldn't even CHANGE my condition in 6 months, much less alleviate it.I'm a 58 year old woman and had had the problem for 15 years when I went to the guy in Colorado. It's taken me several years of poor habits to bring the condition back, and I have since moved to Nebraska. I should have been warned off this guy by the year treatment thing, but am pleading temporary insanity. Wouldn't ever do it again.I wondered if the year-long thing was just me, then once while sitting in the waiting room I heard them tell some other old lady the same thing they told me. She actually turned to me and asked me what I thought of the place, and if he was helping me. I'm ashamed to say although I wanted to tell her to go somewhere else, I did not, because I was in their office and didn't want to disparage them on their own turf. Weak, I know.Buyer beware. Don't sign up for a year's treatment with ANY chiropractor. In spite of what they might try to sell you, they don't know how long it'll take to "fix" your problem. You might want to take accounting lessons from them tho, since they have some pretty creative accounting practices going on.
