Complete Children's Health

A friend of mine referred me to Complete Children's as her daughter goes to the office on the south end of town.We opted to go with the north one as it's closest to where we live.The staff is great! They're always so welcoming and very helpful on the phone whenever I call with questions.Once we get there the doctor is always in quickly to meet with our son. I was there just the other day and he apologized about even my ten minute wait.Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!

When my son was born in May 2020, we selected complete children's health for his primary care. People were nice enough but I was so disappointed by how they handled several things. When my son was just a few days old I came in for lactation help. The lactation consultant was useless and just gave me one tip which was to feed him some bottle before latching him. She never once watched me try to feed him or offer me help on holding him or anything. I am a first time mom and was desperate to try to nurse. I have now been an exclusive pumper for the last eight months due to not getting proper lactation help. I also had one doctor at the establishment when his primary was not available tell me to only feed him 16 ounces of milk and to let him cry if he wanted more. He was three months old at the time and dealing with a dairy and soy intolerance.

My son has been seen here for over 6 months and I love this place. My 12 month old son see's Dr. Meduna, who has always been very thorough and made sure I never left with a question unanswered. As for the group, they are all great people that all seem to be able to make my baby comfortable. It is very easy to get a same day appointment (not always with your doctor) and anyone my son has seen at those times has been just as attentive as his own doctor. The facility is modern, everything is computerized so all any doctor or nurse practitioner has to do is take a quick peak at the computer file to know what is going on. Also, a few months ago my baby had to be hospitalized and the whole team pulled together to make sure he was well taken care of and out as soon as possible.The waiting room is very kid friendly with ample seating and kids activities. The staff is always friendly, and the rooms cozy. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for the doctor to actually come in once we were in the room and average waiting room time is about 5 minutes as well, even for last minute "sick" appointments.

This clinic is open seven days a week and has after hour clinics until 9 PM Monday through Thursday, they are a wonderful resource for children and very professional, not to mention incredibly kind!

This place does not care about providing care to their patients. My daughter's secondary insurance was recently changed and now they refuse to see her for ANYTHING until I can get that changed. They are refusing to accept just her primary health insurance even though they do accept BSBS. That is not good patient care. We have to go to urgent care now for everything for her until this get changed.

Friendly staff, 24/7 triage nurse is AMAZING for first time parents like myself, and our doctor is 10/10. Never makes me feel silly for asking questions and calms my nerves about everything I worry about.

Used to be a great place. As of now I wouldn't recommend this practice to my worst enemy. If you're looking for a new practice for your children, I suggest you look somewhere else.

They are open every day of the week, and have a triage nurse line you can call after hours. They are amazing!

We were six whole minutes late to our appointment due to traffic and an unexpected train. When we arrived we were told our visit would have to be rescheduled because we were late ..I even called ahead to let them know we would be a bit late. When I told them it was ridiculous seeing as the last time we had appt we had to wait almost 45 minutes after our scheduled time, the call was disconnected. I called back and was told we'd been terminated as a patient! Definitely would never ever recommend.

I called 4 days in a row and left 2 messages for Amy Williams, the new patient coordinator. On the 4th day I asked the receptionist if Amy was in the office or out for an extended period of time. I was told she was in the office. I was again sent to voicemail. This time I did not leave a message. I called back and asked if there was anyone else I could talk to. They said no, that I would have to talk to the new patient coordinator. Well, how can I do that if she does not answer or return calls. I will find a doctors office that wants to talk to new patients. I would not recommend wasting your time on this office. They obviously don't want my business.
