I wanted to score some winter attire here but I left the store empty handed. The quality of the items just weren't up to pare with what I am normally use to from Columbia. They didn't have a ton of sizes and their prices was very unclear with regards to which items qualified for the sale and which ones were not. They didn't have a ton of backpack options, which was disappointing. Their men options were also limited. Also the staff didn't ask us once if we needed any help and most of them were at the front counter on their phones. Very unprofessional.

I honestly have to say I'm not a huge fan of Columbia products. Though I have found some pretty great items on occasion here. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and I appreciate the selection. Definitely worth stopping in to browse.

I always stop in this store and check out the clearance racks. I don't think I have ever walked out of the store without buying anything. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They usually are very patient with my kids who sometimes don't behave the best in the store. Highly recommend checking out the store, especially for the good sales they have throughout the year. This is my favorite Columbia store and we have been to at least four.

Columbia Sportswear has some great products, but here are two observations:1) The outlet stores seem to be carrying entirely different merchandise than what you see on Columbia's website. For example, you won't find any of their "OutDry" rain gear here. A store employee confirmed that they are carrying products which were made specifically for the outlet stores. As with many outlets nowadays, I imagine this keeps their "regular" retailers happy by reducing competition. Deceptive advertising, or good business--you be the judge. 2) Columbia has a fairly restrictive return policy. Unlike some other outdoor gear brands, there isn't any "satisfaction guaranteed as long as you own the product." If I understand correctly, items bought at the store can only be returned to the store, and a receipt is required.

Great prices and selection. Customer service was fantastic and have a $20 coupon to go back from the NEX App.

What can I say, this store has saved me a few times since moving to Omaha. First time was a need for a good fleece jacket and this time was for snow boots that are rated at -32 degrees and didn't cost a fortune. With all of the discounts I ended up paying about $40. They have great prices for the quality products that Columbia offers.

I think Columbia has pretty decent thermal wear and apparel and accesories for the colder weather activities for an affordable price and quality compared to overrated northface! They had alot of different sales ongoing starting at 20%

We blew a cool grand easy. Welcome to Nebraska winter is coming fast! A little background here...I am from Florida. We so not have, nor do we want, coats. Gloves, hats, snowpants, and such are so alien. So far in the area this seems to be the best place to get outfitted for such harsh conditions I have only laughed about on Facebook. They have good selection. I bought my outfit and planned to try them on the slopes in Colorado. Life was good but the weather was warmer than I suspected. So far though I have not been cold in the bad weather days. We did manage to save some money by using discounts and showing the NEX app on the phone. We did manage to save some dinero that way, even if the prices were not rock bottom. Good selection and they had some clothing lines that fit me.

Staff is rude and unwilling to assist. I chose a coat that was the wrong size and when I got home I realized that not only had I not checked the size, the associate had not placed my receipt in the bag. Returned to store wanting exchange only to be told that the coat "looked worn" and would not be exchanged. Manager wouldn't even come out of the back office to speak with me. Had to keep going back and forth with an associate. I even offered to show them the credit card debit on my phone. Not good enough. I've purchased several Columbia coats in the past, and would have again. But now that I know how they treat loyalty (there's a North Face store in the same mall, which had better prices that day) I will not be returning. Called customer service as well, they advised I could email a complaint that would be forwarded to their leadership team. That's all, no guarantee of response, nothing. Is this a Chinese company or something? Their service is horrible.
