I don't need tailoring work often, but when I do I take it to Colea. A friendly staff who works hard to ensure you get quality work in a timely manner. And if something doesn't go right, they work hard to get it right. True professionals. I highly recommend.

Supervisor took the time to reach out. The staff did not follow store policy and they gave me an in-store credit because of the behavior. I appreciate good customer service and changes my review because of this.

I was quoted a certain price on the phone ($10 for tapering each pair of pants) and made an appointment to get that done. After going in and getting everything pinned, they said it was going to be $18 each, PLUS an additional $8 to repress the seams! I told them I had been quoted a different price, and they said "there has been a miscommunication on our end". I ended up having to pay more than twice what I originally was told! They barely offered an apology. I could not believe that they weren't more apologetic. Obviously, they need to be more transparent in their prices. Very upset with their customer service, and I would not recommend Colea Alterations.

Best Alterations by far...I came to Lincoln for a wedding and needed an emergency alteration performed on my pants. I had heard from a few people that this place was the best. Nicole was amazing and super helpful. She knew exactly what to do and she fixed my pants in no time. I had them back in just 2 hours and they were as good as new.

Took in my military uniform. I got one patch sewn on each of four uniforms. They were prefect. Exactly what I asked for. It was $60 total, they quoted that price up front and it didn't change when I picked up the order. It's steep compared to the $16 I'm used to paying for this, but with Lincoln not being by any major installation I guess that's what I can find.

Had two skirts, a jacket and a bridesmaid dress altered here! Everything came out great. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they said that they actually undercharged me. While they honored their original quote, they said it would be more expensive next time.

I am impressed with the service and quality of work I received at Colea. I had them hem and bustle a bridesmaid's dress for me, and they had it ready in less than a week! They were also very professional about helping me get in and out of the dress as someone who has a hard time reaching behind her back. My only qualm was that I thought it was a little expensive ($62.00 to only hem and bustle), but maybe I'm just cheap. I would definitely recommend Colea if you want a dependable, professional, and fast alteration done.

This place is great. You have to call them on the phone or call in, but they do great alteration work, and they are fast, and inexpensive. I took a lambskin leather jacket into them to have the sleeves shortened, and they didn't bat an eye. All told it was under 35.00.

They did a fantastic job altering two dresses. It's prom/bridal season, so they had about a 10-day turnaround time. Plan accordingly and your pieces will be perfect!
