i looove a good local coffee shop and can already tell this is going to become one of my favorites. The barista was so sweet, the space is large with lots of seating. I loved how colorful and inviting the space is. I got the churro latte and it was delish. My boyfriend got the horchata latte with strawberry cold foam which was also really good!! I also got an apple strudel and my boyfriend got a breakfast griddle sandwich. both really really good! arguably the best part? I feel like this was one of the lowest priced coffee shops i have been to in a long time. i will 100% be back!!

I did not have the coffee although wasn't too impressed with their bean sourcing and their water quality. It's important to have quality RO water to make a good cup of Joe. I'll admit I am particular about beans if I'm going to pay for a coffee instead of making at home so I understand not all shops have it but some in Omaha do so this isn't out of left field. Tried their pastries and the bread was lacking in flavor. There was a lemon custard filled one which tasted like soap. I tried another bite and couldn't get that taste out so acquired another one - same exact problem. I'm curious if they didn't thoroughly rinse their equipment or use too much of their cleaner as I have experienced this at other restaurants before thinking that more cleaner is better when the ratio instructed on the bottle is more than enough. Others in my family tried the pastries and said they were incredibly lacking in flavor. The space was amazingly large and yet didn't seem obnoxiously loud even with a fair amount of people there. Would be a nice meeting space. The staff was very kind and friendly so while I would normally give a place like this one star, because their staff was good, gave them two. I think with quality ingredients, cleaned items, and RO water, this place has many years in it.

Menu has a great variety and the staff was very friendly. I I think I would come back and try their pastries. I had a smoothie and it was okay. It kind of had a watered down flavor and the person I was with had a mazapán latte and they are from Mexico and said the flavor was a bit disappointing. Love their space and it has so much room! I didn't realize it was in Ralston!

I had an excellent cappuccino and tried a couple of the pastries here. The empanada was just ok. It had about a quarter of a teaspoon of Bavarian cream shoved in a back corner. Despite the very skimpy filling, the dough itself was soft and fresh. I don't remember the name of the other pastry. It had dulce in the name, which means sweet, which it was. I liked it much better than the empanada. This place is unique in that it is the only Latina owned and themed coffee house in Nebraska. They also have pop up events featuring local vendors and some unique items for sale. I'll be sure try something else on another's visit.

While in Omaha, I was looking for a local coffee shop and found Coffee Alley. I arrived pretty early so it wasn't busy at all. There is plenty of seating inside and there is also an option to sit in a small room with a whiteboard. It's be perfect for a small group. The interior is bright and colorful. The barista was super friendly and helpful. I opted for the dulce de leche coffee and it did not disappoint. Prices are normal for a local coffee shop and it didn't take long to receive my coffee. It's always great to support local businesses, so if you're in the area or want to support a local business, make sure you check them out!

This shop is so cute and has several spots to sit. There's also a couple of vendors in the shop where you pay by QR code. Definitely get the empanadas, the sweet ones are made there!

This place is great - kind of hidden in a spot that a person might not realize. I loved the decor, set up, menu and service. Met with some people for a breakfast meeting and unfortunately we were about the only people present. This place deserves to make it as a success - wish they had more evening hours as I work during the day so it will be seldom that I get to enjoy it here. Hope to make it back soon.
