Club Meow

After a good first visit we had two straight negative experiences here. The first went well and we thought we found the spot for our cat, Mabel. The second time we got a call 30 minutes later that Mabel wasn't cooperating. We understand and took off work to pick her up. The last experience was the deal breaker. We set up our appointment online, took off work, and got Mabel medicated. Upon dropping her off we were told they weren't grooming that day. When we called the owner and asked about the miscommunication over the website we were very disappointed at her reaction. Instead of apologizing and making it right she chose to lecture us about her need for a vacation. It would have been an easy fix and we would have been understanding bc we know everyone deserves a break, but after that reaction and lack of accountability we have decided we will take Mabel elsewhere moving forward.

Club Meow takes the best care of our cat Tucker. There is nowhere in the Metro that I would rather take him. We love them so much I drive from West O to CB. He is well cared for and Club Meow only specializes in cats. You will instantly see that they understand and care greatly. Could not more highly recommend Club Meow.

Love this place! Took my cat Blu there yesterday. He was a MESS! He was all tangled and needed some TLC. They were so good to him and didn't mind his nervous mom calling to check up on him. He went from looking like a hedgehog to a beautiful lion cut. He is so much happier and so comfortable now. I will be back. This is a cat only facility so no barking lowers the stress on an already nervous kitty. Thanks a million!!!

This place is amazing! Our cat has some trust issues with strangers. Thehave done a remarkable job with him. They sent us a video of the staff actually petting him! TLC like home. 100% recommend!!!!

Have taken my Maine Coon cats in to this groomer on three different occasions. Each time I have been lectured regarding the care I provide to my cats and how she feels it is wrong/lacking. The last time there was a concern regarding a potentially ingrown nail, took her to the vet, vet was not very concerned. Kept trimming the cats' nails as directed by the vet, and this time get a snarky comment about how they bet the cat was not taken in after the last visit because her nail looks questionable again. I booked Lion cuts for both my cats and included extra info in the box on the website for additional instructions. Magically, the instructions did not show up on their side of the appointment booking-not my issue. If you cannot get software to book appointments correctly that is an issue you need to fix. The owner took to responsibility for this, simply blamed my husband for not knowing the information provided to the groomers on their website when I booked the appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. The staff were pleasant, but I am not asking for advice on how to care for my cats so stop offering unsolicited advice on how YOU think I should care for MY cats.

This is a fantastic boarding facility. Mel is so sweet and very accommodating. I am able to watch Ziggy on the 24 hour camera, which makes me feel better since I feel guilty leaving him! He loves to check out the other cats and is calmer since there are only cats there, no barking! I recommend Club Meow enthusiastically!
