Every visit to Clarity Eye Care is an awesome one. Dr. Armitage and her staff are very helpful with a ton of knowledge about eye care and health. There's never a long wait, I always feel welcomed, and they have a great selection of eye glasses, sunglasses, and whatever I need to improve my eye health. They always have knowledge of my insurance plan and what I can do to save money. I can't wait for my glasses to arrive! I look forward to visiting Clarity Eye Care every year!

I always go to clarity! I have had issues with my eyes in the last few years and Dr. Armitage helped me along the way and haven't had any issues since! The office is always clean and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. I work odd hours and they are always helpful in accommodating me! I will forever go to clarity!

I have been a patient of Dr. Armitage for the last 11 years. I trust her completely with my eye health. Her team is wonderful and the new location is great too. She makes sure to stock first quality frames so I alway look my best.

I had the most wonderful experience this morning. I went for my slightly overdue eye exam - what's a year here and there. Anyway, this is my 4th or 5 th visit to Clarity Eye Care Omaha and I cannot recommend Dr. Karen Armitage provides probably the best and most thorough eye exam I have ever had - and today was no exception. I have been having eye exams since 8th grade and none better our there. She takes the time to get it just right, instead of "close enough". Then comes the fitting. The staff is just as thorough as Dr. Armitage is. Today I worked with Fabiola to pick out the frame. We tried a bunch and she was very helpful I could not afford the $300 frames, so she never even showed them to me. I am IMPRESSED, and as most of you know - that is not a compliment that comes from me unearned!

Always a great experience. Staff is friendly, prompt and always helpful. Good selection of eyewear and sunglasses. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went in for a repair on glasses we got from there 5 months ago. Was directed to #2 desk for Tom to assist. Rediculous. He was unable to bend the arm of the glasses back correctly. Went In the back 4 times and kept bringing them out asking me to 'take them home and have my daughter try them.' They were clearly still bent to heck, so I said no. They are under warranty, so he did Finally agree to swap them out. Then it took him almost 20 minutes to get the lenses back in the new frames. I was there for 40 minutes to try to get one pair of glasses fixed. We have 3 family members all in glasses, now we are looking for a new optical.

I would give them five stars but the examination doctor gave me a hard time about the medication I was taking and gave me biased and an uninformed answer to a question I had.

Over the past few months, customer service has declined greatly which is very disappointing. Staff is contacting us before checking to see if we already have an appointment. We were told we owed cost of contacts/glasses because staff declined to submit to insurance when they had all of the insurance information. They are very hectic and confused when you go in to the office. We are not sure if its just poor communication or lack of education and experience.
