Clarinda Ice House

Nice laid back atmosphere with great service. Homemade ranch was tasty. Beef tip meal was large and easily split. Also, and most importantly....try the breadsticks! There's some magic going on there.

I had the sirloin steak. It was cooked just as I ordered. Good seasoning. Very good. Salad was good and fresh. The waitress was very attentive and service was excellent. Sports bar with lots of tv .

I got takeout for my son and I. He loved the mac n cheese, I got a side salad and chicken strips both were good! I plan to come back and try something else :)

Just ordered their Fish and Chips to go. I asked the girl on the phone what it comes with (besides, obviously, fish and chips). She said fish, fries, cole slaw and a side. I said Another side? Besides the chips? She said yes. So I ordered green beans. Got my order home and it was $35 for 2 orders of: one piece of fish, 2 tablespoons of coleslaw, and a cup of green beans. No chips. I called them, I was told it doesn't come with chips. WTF? She wouldn't budge, I didn't get any fries. And the piece of fish was literally dripping grease. Will never go back.

Ice House is a Southwest Iowa staple. Stop by for some yummy foodies, good music, and plenty of TVs to watch your favorite event.

This is our go to restaurant / bar in the area. Servers are always great, and keep my beer glass full. The food is solid. I love their broasted chicken w/ jacket fries, but their burgers are also amazing! They have about 10 large screen TVs with several sports on TV. You can't go wrong eating or drinking here.

I've been coming to the Ice House for as long as I can remember! We have family reunions in Clarinda and this is always the restaurant of choice. They have a huge menu with everything from appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, pasta, salad, and soups along with a full bar. The staff is amazing and friendly, with the place ran by some good owners. It gives you a small-town feel because it's the type of place you'll run into someone you know. They have plenty of seating for large parties. The food is good and consistent each time we have visited. My favorite is the honey mustard wrap and the jacket fries!

Small town friendly staff, nice menu, very economical pricing - we enjoyed our meal very much!

Rude service , lackluster food, prices aren't too bad. Otherwise premier spot in Clarinda, IA. If you stay there you will go to eat there

The food is amazing the waiter was great!! The atmosphere is very nice/fancy yet full of tv so sports bar feel.
