Had a German clock from the Black Forest needing repair. Brought it into City Clock and they made the quick simple fix of putting the chain back on the gear. SO friendly and helped me understand how to properly care for the clock. Amazing family owned local gem which I would absolutely recommend in a heartbeat.

Mark and Deb are truly dedicated to tradition, (old school) fare and knowledgeable service. I've purchased several items from them as well as have them service my clocks. From antique to modern day, they have performed an excellent service on every clock I've take to them. They also have and I've purchased a few Swiss music boxes, and had one serviced, all dated from mid to late 1800's and all function perfectly. The store is setup almost as if a museum as I feel every time I go to look around or take in a project for them.
