Chocolat Abeille

Beautiful handmade chocolates that never fail to impress! Formerly located in the Old Market they're now in Bellevue off the Cornhusker exit (east of Walmart next to the UPS store). The location has ample and free parking and more space for their tea room occasions; although I've never attended. Every chocolate we're tried has been amazing but my personal favorite is the bourbon pecan. It's STORNG tasting with bourbon and I joke I'm going to get drunk on chocolate. The hazelnut honey crunch is also amazing and my husband's favorite is the Turkish coffee. The prices are more expensive than grocery store chocolate, but I feel the quality makes it worth it. We've gifted these several times before and they never fail to impress. If you're feeling adventurous ask the person working to pick for you. Each box comes with a photo guide as well. Make sure you check this place out!

Wow! This cute little gem is in Bellevue NE, just outside of Omaha! Do not pass this up! They have hot tea and chocolates you can sit down and have a fun day with some friends, and even a deck to sit outside! Chocolates were amazing, I had the Fall 5 Pack!

Awesome chocolates! We ate a few and took a few. I forgot to take pics but my friend took of hers. She had an assortment. Almost to pretty to eat. But, we ate them! They serve tea to, you could meet for tea and chocolates. They have a cute place to sit and enjoy your treats. I would definitely go back.

This is really a beautiful store and tea room. I love the artisan touches on all of the chocolates. The tea room is small, but they offer high tea on special occasions or daily tea service. Love the attention to detail.

wanted to order for Christmas, the girls behind the counter said they were sold out possibly to come back next week sometime,and they were not taking orders. I mentioned I wouldn't need it till Christmas and they just told me they are not taking orders. I will never go to this shop again, and will not support this local Bellevue Business! they have lost a customer and recommendation. please avoid this place like the plague if you want to get chocolate as a present!

It was my first trip to Chocolat Abeille. My husband and I were after a Birthday gift and I have been wanting to go in since they opened. The store is clean with a neat little sitting area that looks perfect for tea or to sit and enjoy some chocolate. There is even a piano in the area. However, the atmosphere was strange from the beginning. It was very quiet when we went in. There were no other customers, which in itself isn't too strange, but there was no music and no conversation or talking whatsoever between the four people we saw working. There were two people at the counter, and two in the back working that we could see. No one spoke to us until we spoke to the person at the counter. All conversation was extremely brief. I asked how she was doing, and she just said fine. The other coworker just watched. We chose our chocolates in quiet conversation, waited for her to wrap them, and paid. I'm not even sure if we got a response when we said "thank you, have a nice day". For such a pretty little place, it was severely lacking in any cheerful or even friendly customer service. Kind of a bizarre experience. I don't even know how good the chocolate is. There's no doubt that it is beautiful but it's a little pricey just to go nibble on and what we bought was a gift. Not really sure if I'll go back.
