The dealer I bought my new vehicle from used this business to ship my car to my state. The driver was over an hour late to the time Eduardo (the owner) told me he'd arrive. The driver backed my brand new car off the ramp and damaged it in front of me. I understand this happens and received a phone call the next day from Eduardo and he told me he wanted to take care of me and to not worry. I took it to a certified dealer like he told me to do and sent him the estimate. He needed a day to speak with his insurance and then behind my back told the dealer that it was my fault that the driver backed off the ramp and caused damage to my new vehicle and that I was going to pay the bill.In short he lied to me about taking care of the damages, can't take any ownership of his driver's actions, he's shady and quick to shift the blame on a customer who has 0 responsibility to the damage caused.Very unnecessary headache, it's a shame that he'd put a customer through any of this after buying their dream vehicle. I'm astonished this place is still in business with the way I was treated.

This company delivered some vehicles for us and there was damage which they have yet to take care of. They knew of the damage and I have tried over and over again to get in contact with them to make this right and they have yet to answer me. I would never use this company to save my life!!!

Had Garrido deliver multiple brand new cars straight from the dealership for me. when I received them every single one was damaged, dented, scratched, scuffed paint, and almost bald rear tires. when I asked him about it, he said it "wasn't his problem". I later found out from a friend, he will take out the cars he is transporting and drive around in them recklessly. he will even drive his kids and their friends around in them, and let his 16 year old daughter drive them to school and back. would NEVER recommend.

Imagine delaying pickup for over a week and then sending a picture of another company's tow truck with a message "just call them". I cannot believe the lack of professionalism. No communication, no job done, and NASTY the entire time. Heed the warnings, this is not the company to use.

If I could rate him at ZERO stars, I would. I used a third-party freight company to request bids for a shipment of a vehicle from Florida to Kansas. His company accepted the bid. While the vehicle was supposed to be delivered on an open carrier trailer, it showed up driven by an individual with an additional 1,700+ miles! Then when I complained to the freight company, they did not pay the shipping carrier. Instead of going after the freight broker for payment as their contract dictated, the shipping carrier (Chileno & Sons/Garrido) filed a small claims suit against ME in their home-state of Nebraska! He also used this filing to text me, harass me, and scare me into paying. I decided to take the matter into my own hands and filed a counterclaim. The contractual terms stated Kansas would be the jurisdiction for disputes, and that he could not come after the Customer (me)! Just had my hearing today, and he didn't even show up. I was able to get his claim against me "Dismissed With Prejudice" (which means he can't refile the same claim), and I was awarded $ on my counterclaim. He messed with the wrong person. I don't know how this company is still in business!

This company contracted with us to pick up a truck from Nebraska and deliver to Houston. I received a call from the owner of this business two days after we dispatched our truck to this company through CentralDispatch that they would not be taking the truck to Houston to our customer who purchased, but instead would be dropping the truck off in Dallas TX at a dealership. Our dispatch and all the paperwork stated the correct address in Houston TX, however, the owner of this company called me shady and said that I was deceptive in dispatching to them. The owner of Chileno & Sons then informed me that he would not drop my truck off in Dallas until I paid him even though it was 250 miles short of our agreed upon route/delivery. When I fought back on this request for payment from the owner, he then threatened to put our truck in storage and charge me an additional $45/day until it was paid. I ended up paying him $200/less than what we agreed on and he did not put our truck in storage, but he was very arrogant and rude and completely at fault in the situation. It was shocking that he would even speak to me (his customer) the way he did and felt justified in doing so. I would never work for this guy or let him pick up anything from me based on the little business interaction I had with him. His name is Eduardo Garrido and he is out of Omaha Nebraska. Just an overall horrible experience. would give zero stars if I could.
