Chem-Dry Carpet Care of Lincoln

I have used Chem-Dry Carpet Care of Lincoln on two separate occasions and was totally satisfied with both visits. Once involved a water leak in the lower level. They were at my door in record time and got the situation totally in control. Two young men came and cleaned my carpet and shampooed two chairs. Both the carpet and the chairs look like new. All employees that I dealt with were not only profession, but friendly and helpful. I would highly record this company.

The two you sent to the house today were great. Very professional and personable. I came home to be here for the appointment and worked from home. I had apologized to them for not having our sidewalk cleaned for them. My husband just came home and asked about our walkway...your guys scooped the snow for us.They went absolutely above and beyond and I want you to know how impressed (and grateful) I am.Thanks again for excellent service...and of course our carpet smells amazing! They did an amazing job getting the dog urine out from the previous owners. My husband noticed the smell right away!

Honest, dependable, and kind. We had the PURT and basic cleaning for our whole house. Completely worth it. Jeff and Connor were kind to work with. They worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks for keeping our carpets clean!!
