This is my daughter's first year at this dojo and I have seen DRAMATIC changes in her. She went from having self doubt, in a lot things, to becoming amazingly confident. She's worked her way to a Yellow belt (black belt club) and is aspiring to join the Masters Class. She's always hyped up on sparring days and thoroughly enjoys learning from Sensei Todd (who is amazing) and Mr T Harris (also amazing). I would highly recommend putting your child in this program, or even taking some adult classes (as it's a great workout).

This is a great Tae Keon Do school for kids. All three of our kids attend this school. Master Todd is exceptional at teaching Tae Keon Do and instilling the right values.

I went to the "Ilovekickboxing" part of this building; the workout was very good. Both instructors and desk clerk were very helpful and high-energy. The guy instructor, Tyrone, was especially helpful in correcting technique and encouraging. The workout is fast-paced running, jabbing, kicking, and all around sweat inducing. Great hour long workout that really makes you feel accomplished and pushes you. My ONLY reason for subtracting a star is that the franchise pushes you to sign a 7 month or one year contract at the expense of a good deal (or a better deal, I should say). Now, you don't have to sign a contract on your first day, but the catch is that if you DO sign a year contact on your first day, they shave off $100.00 from that month's fee, so if you paid for 5 lessons ($29.99), they charge you $67.00 until the next month ($125/month for one year). I didn't like that I had to sign RIGHT away to get this deal, but I understand the business aspect of it. Ultimately, if you want to lose weight, tone, and push yourself, this is the place. If you're interested in advanced kickboxing or personalized fight training, I would go a different route and check out the more local non-franchised fighting clubs.

Great place to learn karate! I am an adult learner and the instructors are so patient with me. All fitness levels are encouraged. The only thing that does bite is the contract. I signed a yearly contract and you cannot cancel it. I do not plan on canceling but for some people, it may be a deal breaker. Tommy Todd, sensei/owner, is so passionate about what he does. I recommend this place for all ages and self defense needs.

My daughter joined when she was 6 years old. We had previously gone to premier for martial arts. CMA was so much better from day 1. On day 1, my daughter was incredibly shy (not normal) with being in a new place. Sensei Todd took her by the hand and made it so easy for her to be involved. From that day, my daughter cant wait to go to class. While she still struggles with talking too much, she LOVES the class and what she is learning. So much that we were waiting in line at Epcot and my daughter decided to randomly practice her block set. I am looking forward to her ongoing development over the next few years!!!! A year later, my daughter LOVES going to her karate classes! She has learned so much which not only she applies in class, but also at school and at home. Master Todd, his entire staff, and especially Ms. Nicole have been incredible with helping develop my daughter while answering all my questions. Even before our year was up, we signed up for another year and can't wait to see our daughter grow over the next year. THANK YOU CMA!
