This martial arts studio offers our seven-year old an invigorating, enthusiastic, and positive opportunity for developing her confidence and self-esteem. Director Michael Bilgere and his teaching assistants appear to take a holistic, personalized approach that helps our diminutive daughter develop strength, flexibility, and self-control. This is not our first experience with a martial arts studio, but it is by far the best in the region.

Great place with good instructors for young children.We used their little dragons program and will be coming back for sure. The facility was clean and well maintained, uniforms were included.
