Good selection helpful and friendly staff. They let us take a few samples home for no charge. We just had to bring them back when we were done. Easy to work with and recommended by my contractor.

Im a single guy with an 11 year old and I travel a lot for work. I just built a new home and these guys were so helpful and flexible given my travel schedule. They worked closely with my builder and I to make sure we were on point with all the backsplashes, tiles, accent linears, laundry room tile, bathroom tile, etc.. Adam Banks is the man! This guy single saved me almost $4,000 by finding granite that was the color and style that I was looking for but could only find at one stop for darn near double the price. He not only saved me money but he helped me match my tile, backsplash, accent linear, etc with my modern contemporary style. Hands down, I recommend these guys! This tile company does not stand behind their products or the sales pitch instructions they dole out.Would not recommend!!!

Went to them to get granite and backsplash for our kitchen remodel. Were nice in the store to get the sale. Saying their guys cut the granite holes for the sink and facet at your house. They came to the house to install. The guys rushed the job forgetting to cut all the holes so we had to chase them down to get them to cut the other hole. The holes they cut were unaligned and awkwardly located. They left our countertops uneven with the granite not placed correctly, which eventually fell to the correct position a few days later and cracked the grout and backsplash we had already redone. Tried contacting our sales guy to get someone to come out and see what the issues were and they kept saying someone was on their way, but after 5 hours no one came so I called again and they said no one knew about any of this. The follow through and quality of work was despicable. When I went in to talk to them they just made excuses saying the people that installed our granite were outsourced and that it's hard to find quality workers in this craft. (Which made me irritated since no one told us that they were not the ones that were going to do the installation, especially since when they sold it they said "THEIR GUYS" would come to the house to install.) They also upsell and did not measure our backsplash area correctly so we had paid for a box and a half to much of our backsplash that we can not take back since they said it was a special order. I would not recommend going through these guys at all! They do not stand by their work at all after they get the sale and will for sure make every excuse in the book for why everything went wrong and will not make it right.
