I've had great success with Century when I need repairs done at my apartment. one of my upper cupboards was falling off the wall. they arrived the next day after reporting. The gentleman took down the cupboard discovered it was also falling apart looked at the other 2 we emptied those he took dow. he put all 3 together then reattached in a much better way. I was impressed with the extra mile that he took. he was very personable and apologized for taking up. my time.

So first of all when I called to talk to them I told him that I needed a month-to-month lease because I am a traveling CNA they agreed-upon that. When I went to their office to 2.28.20 to sign the paperwork they told me it was no less than a six month lease. I had to sign. The office lady could not get first months rent straight one minute it was $591.13 and then it turned into $435 then it turned into $409. If you don't get things in writing from this company it turns into a word game.The plug-in next to the front door didn't work. The kitchen cupboard door it was busted in half. There was no kitchen sink plugs so I could do the dishes. The tub did not have a stopper as well, so I bought those things. I called Century Link they took care of it within 48 hours, but they did not tell me that they were going to have somebody in my apartment without notifying me. So theres no heads up for you.I did report the cockroaches, they took care of that in a timely manner but, there again if you don't answer the front door by their second knock they literally have a key to your apartment and will come walking in.The guy next to me in apartment 4 would blast his music for 8 to 10 hours every couple of days. He would start around 5 o'clock at night and go until 3 o'clock in the morning. I called the cops on him twice. The gentleman in apartment 5 banged on his door several times. The guy doesn't care and apparently neither does Century Link sales. I did call and report it, they said they would take care of it. But nothing happened. I wrote the dates of when I called the cops, when the guy would play until 3 o'clock in the morning. I gave the dates and the times to the property managers and they did not care. I turned in my notice of vacate on 5.21.20 via email as I was instructed. I moved out 6.19.20 with all the proper keys. Apparently the front door key was not the right one, so they charged me a $60 relocking fee, which we all know, does not take $60.They also wrote me a letter on 6.26.20 vacated on 6.17.20 responsible through 7.3.20 which is not true. I have a email stating that my responsibility was only through 6.17.20 and I paid $747 and some change to break my lease and move out because my contract was over. They're still trying to get me for responsibility through 7.31.20 not gonna happen. So on my move out statement they charged me $30 twice. Supposedly my rent was late on six 6.6.20 and they charged me on in 6.11.20 oh and they charged me a $53.50 cleaning fee.I took a video so Century Link didn't try and get me for something absolutely absurd. My apartment was at 1300 N. 10th St. #3, Lincoln. Century Link is a shady company.

This management group is a joke! They charge you all year round for lawn care and snow removal and weeks go by without anyone coming out to cut the grass, if it snows it takes them about 3 days to come out and shovel the snow. I just end up doing it my self and still get charged for it. Roaches started showing up in our apartment and we notified them right away and got an exterminator out and we were told that they determined they were brought in by us so the charged us for that. Two months go by and we're still seeing them even tho we were deep cleaning everything. We started researching how to get rid of them and in the search we found out they're attracted to water, well our dishwasher was leaking so we asked them to come fix it. When the gentlemen that came out to fix it we told him the problems we were having and he told us that he knew exactly were they were coming from. Which apparently they knew that they had an infestation next door to us. So the entire time they were aware of the situation next door and still proceeded to acuse us of bringing them in and charging us for it. They have yet to apologize or take any accountability. They made us live with roaches for two month plus months and they have yet to make anything right with us...

The property manager Ethan is so damn rude.Unreasonable move out payment on top of security deposits and deny to discuss about it. Never live in any apartment manage by this property management anymore. Advise any newbies think twice before signing a contract manage by this company.

Our apartment is crap, but the maintenance people do an okay job. I find myself calling maintenance about 3 times a month. That's how crappy this place is. I guess that's what I should expect for $499.

It's been almost 2 years since I've rented with them and am still telling everyone to avoid them. There was mold that they barely even fixed. And then with a service animal I was still charged a fee and had to fight them about it as well as anytime there was an issue I'd get a note on my door saying I'm violating something. At the very end they tried charging me an extra 2 grand for carpet cleaning when it was provided, it was stated in my lease. Then had to argue with them. They are impossible to work with, so don't go rent through them

I had a GREAT experience with the MAINTENANCE crew! Darren has had to help with little things the last couple days: help me put a filter on the shower head, keep my toilet from randomly draining and discuss any other questions I have. The maintenance team rocks !

Absolutely the worst management company in Lincoln. My complex was bought out by another management company and there was no notice from century except a letter in the mail. On top of that, when my girlfriend needed a new laundry key, they told her she could come pick one up, even though THEY DID NOT MANAGE OUR PROPERTY ANYMORE!! If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. If you like being horribly disappointed, go with century.
