Centre For Useless Splendour

This is a newer shop right at the "entrance" to the Benson strip, and it's fantastic! The shop has so many cool things, as well as odd, vintage, collectible, and artsy fare (a giant glass Ring Pop? Yes please.)There are vintage clothes, cool posters, sports memorabilia, and nostalgic toys. There's even a little area where a vintage style TV is playing old movies. My favorite part of the store was that there was a SHOP KITTY! She was so adorable and I'm guessing sweet (she slept and purred the entire time we were there, so she's at least chill with strangers anyway).Every corner and end of this shop is packed to the gills with neat things, so you'll for sure find at least one thing you have to have. We definitely did (an interactive Iron Man helmet LOL).Before you head into the center of Benson, definitely make a stop at this shop to check out their awesome wares!

Eclectic and interesting merchandise that will appeal to a variety of ages and tastes, in a not too hard to find location, w lots of parking.

I'm very impressed with the variety of vintage items, unique niche items, very rare finds! Browsing through the store feel like time traveling through an eclectic museum-vintage movies, music on vinyl, CD, and tapes! Great women's and men t-shirts. I especially love the artwork! The owner creates each framed piece individually. Very artistic and incredibly diverse. I love this store, there's always something new- I really want the signed Scarface picture!! There is other officially signed merch- Scarface is my favorite. I strongly suggest this new business in West Benson!

Fun, creative store! Owner was helpful in finding a unique gift for my son. This is a great space to browse.
