Center Trophy

I have used center Trophy a couple times now for plaques. They have been fabulous and very easy to work with. The pricing is very affordable I would say. I love that they are a local business and the work is being done right there on Center street. Quality of the plaques I have gotten has been great. They have soo many different styles and options they can do anything you need for sure.

I imagine most people rarely have need to go to a trophy shop, but occasionally when that time rolls around Midtowners would do themselves a favor by traipsing over to Center Trophy. Located on the Center Street bend across from Ace Hardware, Center Trophy provides prompt, friendly service at very reasonable prices.

The staff here is so helpful and accommodating to your needs. They help you figure out what you are looking for and what looks best. There are many options to choose from and the prices are so reasonable. If you needed plaques or trophies made I would definitely go with them. They are also quick so you can get what you need in a timely manner! Let's mention again how friendly the staff is because they are awesome! Thanks Center Trophy!!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS! Never in my 48 years on this earth have I ever been so poorly treated while spending hard earned money. Be aware you MUST come with created artwork files in hand AND IT MUST BE IN BLACK AND WHITE!! E,veryone in the shop absolutely freaks if everthing you bring is not in black and white. This business is totally unwilling to assist you with any changes to existing art work. Be prepared to be treated rudely in person and via email. You will be promised timelines that are ignored and send emails over and over to several emails addresses until someone decides to go look for them. We ended up paying $260.00 for the trophy and then took it to another trophy shop for engraving. What was to take 5-7 days was drawn out over three weeks. I have been told the owner has more than one business in Omaha, well he sure does not how to run this one.

I rarely write reviews. However, my experience with Center Trophy was so exceptional I feel compelled. Friendly, professional assistance, and quick turnaround has me sold on Center Trophy. I love that it's a local family owned business too! So support local. Pam was the one who helped me.

The staff is always helpful. They exceed their deadlines. Needed a plaque by Friday, they called Wednesday and said it was done. Jane S. didn't get help with their artwork. Jane....It is NOT a trophy shop's job to "do artwork".I have used them for almost 20 yrs and will continue to be a happy customer!!

I've used Center Trophy for 30 years, in fact, I use them exclusively for all of our award needs. I'm not sure what happened with a previous reviewer, but my experience couldn't be any more different. The staff is always cordial, more than willing to make great suggestions and easy to work with. Deadlines are met with a smile and email proofs exchange in a timely manner. They are all anyone could ask for in a trophy shop.
