Celebrate Travel has been my go to for all my travel needs. Donna is an excellent travel agent and business owner. She has taken all the work out of preparing 5 star vacations for me for over 15 years. Donna and her staff make sure all arrangements are made and your itinerary is complete. I have traveled out of the country approximately 15-20 times in the last 12 years. There were times that I needed assistance while I was out of the country and I called her. She always did everything to take care of us. I am also a business owner in Omaha. I have referred many of my clients to her!!!5

Michelle Bare was able to cancel and reschedule flights for us and also negotiated refunds from various attractions that we had scheduled, thus saving us a lot of time and headaches. I used Celebrate Travel to book two of my vacations and experienced difficulties with both bookings. My first trip to Costa Rica, my flight was booked to San Jose, California not San Jose, Costa Rica. A oversight that I had to bring to the attention of the company. In addition, making payments on the trip was a challenge. I would often have to request payments be made multiple times and then wait weeks for the payments to be extracted from my account. My final trip with Celebrate Travel was to Cancun, Mexico. The first issue I had was with the flights. A party of six was travelling together and we were all booked on separate flights, arriving in Cancun various times of the day. This occurred after multiple requests to be booked on the same flight. When we arrived in Cancun, we discovered that the agnency has failed to book transportation to and from the airport. When we reach out to the agency, through various different mediums, we received no response. This oversight cost half of our party time and money as we had to arrange this all at our airport and then subsequently at the resort. When we returned we still received no response regarding what happened with the transportation. It was not until I posted a negative review to Facebook that I received any response. The agency did end up refunding the $62 we paid for transportation but that was only after I was harassed by different members of the agency to remove my review. It felt like a payoff, not a refund for an error. I completely understand that mistakes and oversights occur, it's a part of doing business. They just seem to occur more often and more frequently with Celebrate Travel. I would highly recommend booking a trip yourself or using a different agency.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had... my fiancé and I booked our honeymoon through Roxann Haley and she failed to get us our updated flight information so we missed our departure flight. Also, the tour company she assured me would be reliable, lost our confirmation for an excursion and we are still waiting on a reimbursement almost 3 months later! I have contacted the owner, Donna Dutcher, repeatedly via email with no response and then when I am able to catch her via phone, she acknowledges receiving the emails but her excuse for not responding is always that she was out of town. Most recently, she claimed that she told her bookkeeper to cut us a check for the $118 we are owed but then said she needed our address. I emailed her our address over 2 weeks ago and still haven't seen a check or heard from her regarding the status of our refund. I gave them plenty of chances to remedy the situation prior to posting a negative review but now I want to make sure no one has to go through this terrible situation, especially not newlyweds! Please do not make the mistake of using Celebrate Travel, they do not deserve anyone's business as far as we are concerned.

I have used Celebrate Travel several times and have always had the best customer service. We have used them for cruises and flight vacations many times. Unfortunately due to covid our trip to Jamaica was cancelled and the vacation company wanted keep our deposit even though it was because of covid. Donna, the owner, worked on this for days and found a loop hole to get our monies back. This is not the first Donna has helped us with problems before and during our vacations. Highly recommend.
