Cavender's Western Outfitter

I have been searching for a quality leather boot in my size, Woman's 11N. My success is more often found in Mens. Cavenders has a relatively large stock of very good and excellent boots.... much better than Amazon. The assistant manager, Kallie Bowen-Legband, is skilled. She listens to the customer and has practical application through experience to find the best boot. If it's not in the store, she provides information to search internet. Accurate fitting, wide selection of quality product, and competitive price. Success!

Pretty much a big box store, with service to match. Young girls with faces in phones & nobody on the floor talking to customers. Walked around for 10-15 minutes checking selection & walked out. No greetings, no checking in while shopping & no goodbye. Find an independent store & don't shop here.

Hands down Cavender's is my favorite Western Outfitters in the Omaha area. They are a larger retail store than their competitors (Boot Barn and Wolf Brothers) so you can count on finding your exact size in stock. They supply top brands such as Carhartt and Ariat. Great selection of clothing, boots, jackets and accessories. Always greeted with a midwestern smile from the associates.

I ordered nine pairs of jeans for a wedding. I received six but no one called to say the couldn't get me the last three pair. One of which was for the groom. When I called nearly a month after the order was placed they told me sorry we don't have them. How long did they think I should wait? They didn't offer any suggestions or that they would credit me. I was shocked and finally asked if they had anything in that same color. I was told I would have to email a Makenna to get a shipment of the other jeans. Yet when I went to Cavender's website, they said they had the original jeans. I talked to my son about the website and he told me that it will say they have the items but later will cancel the online order. I finally ordered the jeans from other vendors. I will never do business with them again.

Stopped here tonight with 2 of my boys for one last quick mother's day present for my amazing wife. The clerk was very helpful and happy to see us! The store itself was very clean and easy to oversee. We didn't stay long so I'll keep my review the same lol. In and out in 20 minutes without much browsing this time. We had a very nice experience here and will keep returning
