I can't get over how extremely kind Drew and Patrick were! As soon as I walked in, everyone was ready and willing to help! Thankful for the team work, efficiency and peaceful presence of Catering Creations. So thankful for all of their support and help! Would highly recommend!!

Had a small party at our home. They provided everything - plates, napkins, serving trays, etc. All of the food had a description card so guests knew what they could or could not eat in case any guest had dietary restrictions. All of the food was amazing. The staff was professional and the service was above and beyond.

Food created to feed the masses (i.e. hundreds of people) simultaneously, it to be judged accordingly. That taken into consideration, I definitely enjoyed the 'blues-inspired' fare at this year's Marianfest dinner, courtesy of Catering Creations. My favorite part of the meal (which consisted of beef brisket, grilled chicken w craw-fish beurre blanc, whipped smoked chili potatoes and baked corn souffle) was actually the salad: southern coleslaw with jicama, red grapes and toasted pecans in a pineapple cilantro lime mayonnaise over a bed of lettuce greens.So maybe this goes without saying now, but they're obviously capable of so much more than the standard large group fare of meat, veggie, starch. Definitely enjoyable, though not so much that I wasn't able to stop before eating well bey one my means, which their portions allow one to do, if you're looking to get your eat on.

I used Catering Creations for my wedding in June, and I can honestly say that I could not have been more pleased and impressed with both the service and the food. The staff was presentable and professional, punctual, and SO helpful. They arrived early and took responsibility of various tasks for us that had nothing to do with the food (like running around and lighting dozens of candles and moving furniture). The food was incredible. We did a heavy hor'deurves buffet with stuffed mushrooms, toasted raviolis (to die for), grilled asparagus with lemon tarragon sauce, toasted potato truffoli, stuffed roma tomatoes, and crab cakes. It was devoured. I recommend Catering Creations to anyone in need of catering an event. You can definitely trust this organization to make any occasion a dream come true for you, and to help make it a breeze!

For my wedding in November, 2010, I searched long and hard for a reasonable caterer who would prepare food up to my standards. Being someone who loves to cook, I would have rather died than serve dry chicken breast, instant mashed potatoes and canned green beans at my wedding. At the same time, being a bride on a budget doesn't give you a lot of options. I came across Catering Creations when I was at my wits end with caterers and am so, so grateful that I found them. First of all, the food in general, is amazing. They have so many options for the sides and main courses. If you are looking for a standard buffet, the cheapest buffet pricing comes with a gourmet salad (nuts, cranberries, feta cheese, real lettuce, etc), fresh fruit ,which looks so pretty on the table and rolls with butter. Already, that is much more bang for the buck than other caterers I considered. It's an even better deal because everything is fresh. On top of that, Catering Creations catered my event in Lincoln, and they were STILL cheaper than other caterers in Lincoln and Omaha...oh, AND they placed my china order for me, and picked up/dropped off all china rental items for me, for free, like it was no problem whatsoever. In addition to them being so accommodating, the staff just really went above and beyond during the wedding. They were so kind to all of the guests, they assisted the wedding coordinators at the event move tables, and waited a good amount of time to start taking plates from guests. Many guests told me for weeks after that it was the best meal they had ever had at a wedding. I can't agree more. I stuffed myself silly, and that was difficult to do as the bride! There really isn't anything more gratifying than sitting at the head table and watching people hoof it back to the buffet for a second heaping plate of food.I forgot to mention - they also cut your cake...FOR FREE!

First of all, I can't BELIEVE this is the first review on this caterer. Everyone at the wedding was absolutely raving about the food. This is pretty incredible to me since I've been to countless weddings and rarely walk away thinking the food was anywhere near outstanding. The highlights were the spinach salad with a delicious orange balsamic dressing and the entrees- apricot chicken and roast beef. Those in Omaha will appreciate this fact - Jeff, the owner, was the executive chef at the French Cafe for a number of years before he left to start his own catering company. If you're looking for a caterer for your wedding or an office party, definitely give this group a call!

They catered my wedding in the Old Market - just be careful. Things were not what I had been promised they would be, rental items not provided, buffet line took ages and cut into my reception. Broke my heart, was hoping for a different outcome.

We were so impressed with Catering Creations! We had a small afternoon graduation celebration and everything from the initial contact with Ambyr Peacock, her help with menu selections, setup and delivery was handled so professionally. You know you've made the right catering choice when you guests greet you and rave about the food and service!The event staff, Nate, Stacey and Carmen were the best. They took care of everything and made it look effortless. They were so professional, warm and friendly that at the end of the afternoon everyone wanted them included in our group photos!We will certainly have Catering Creations help us with anything functions we have in the future.

Not a great experience. From the beginning, it was made very clear to us that they were very busy and had lots and lots of other weddings to plan. As a result, plans for our wedding we handled last minute; although, we were assured that it would all be ok when we asked about it. Fast forward to the wedding day... We never saw Summer. We never got introduced to the person who was running the show. We wrote an email to the owner with some of the concerns that we had from the wedding day. Her response was apologetic, but also came off to me as defensive and "poor me." After telling us how her team has been working days, nights and weekends, she reassures us that she and her team are turning away requests so that they can provide high quality to services.After going through each of our concerns, Jennifer explains to us that "There is no one working harder right now than those in restaurants/catering/hotels and all levels of hospitality all over the country." My wife is a special education teacher. I am a medical student. We both absolutely love what we do. However, this comment from Jennifer hurt us both, and made us feel like she could not understand how we feel during these times. I think it is fairly safe to say that schools and hospitals have been seriously impacted by COVID, and Jennifer's comment made us feel as though the our challenges are insignificant compared to hers.While I certainly appreciate their efforts and wish their business continued success in the future, our experiences with catering creations were sub par. The email response from Jennifer added to the dissatisfaction. Should someone reach back out to us and work with us to make things right, we're happy to update our review!

Catering Creations handed out flyers this spring (during Covid19 quarantine). We ordered a complete dinner for Mother's Day and were extremely happy with the food. Came with instructions on how to warm it and every part of the meal was scrumptious!
