Castle Glass

The hinges on our shower have failed 2 times in 3 months and we have been waiting over a month for new hinges. Each time we call for a follow up (because they don't call us), they act extremely upset that we're asking for an update. Meanwhile I have a shower door that won't close without risking to chip the frameless door. We would be MUCH MORE understanding if they would just communicate!!! If we had it to do all over again, I would pay more money for kind and responsive service. Ready to file a complaint with the BBB.
