Cracks in foundation
The house sinking and collapsing. So much water damage under this house.
Side of the yard is spongy and sinking in 3-4 inches.
Walls cracking and repaired badly.
This was a small crack when we moved in. Sunk 3 inches and opened up.
This is where the mice are able to get in. Bricks breaking apart leaving gaps.
Water damage and mold.

Again, asking about the a/c. No response or clarification about what they did on 8/20?
About the a/c8/8/24 - nothing was done. I don't know what they claim to have completed on this day. I still had no a/c.
8/25/24 again about my air conditioning. The first request was sent on June 11th.

If I could give no stars I would. I wish I would have known before moving into a house managed by casa that the house is full of mold due to so much water damage. Mice all around the house. They will not fix anything and wouldn't fix anything tell I got the city involved. Katie is rude and disrespectful to her tenants. They were never in the office for any concerns. The house I lived in was full of mold, the house is sinking and the yard is spongy. Windows wouldn't open. Washer was ruining my clothes. The rain gutters are full of bugs and sitting water. It was not a safe home. They are very desperate to keep the business open and can't take care of the properties.

Worst slumlord in lincoln. Hardly had running water upstairs, foundation is shot. The home sink 3 inches in the year we were there on one side of the house. They would do not repairs unless city got involved and forced them. The owner is a total piece of sh&$. Hung up on us when requesting repairs. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all cost. Plenty of other housing out there. Go on BBB if you don't believe me.

They are very predatory in their business practices. They do stuff like tape up broken blinds just good enough to last you till the summer when it heats up. Then charge you for the repairs even though you had nothing to do with it. They never sent maintenance to my place the whole year a stayed there. I'm a veteran and I had the va helping me with rent. Someone there called the veteran affairs and told them they think I don't need any help anymore. Me not knowing that someone called I ended up with late fees. They did things like the the whole time I was there. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from these scammers as possibl!

Absolutely horrendous company. Do not rent from them. They're scam artists that take advantage of people desperate for housing. They refuse to give your deposit back. Can't give a reason. Overcharge for their properties. Do not rent from them unless you want to lose money you're entitled to.
