Brought the car here after hail damage. Staff is very nice and responsive. There are plenty of parking spots and a nice waiting area inside.There was a part we needed on back order and they called us as soon as it was ready.

On a rainy day about a week ago I had the misfortune to hit a very jagged, water-filled pothole I didn't see. A few blocks later, one of my tires started losing pressure at an alarming rate.I was looking for help and happened to see CarStar, near 120th and Maple.When I pulled in, two young men (I later learned their names are Dillon and Chris) dropped everything they were doing to help me. They checked my tire, refilled it, and got me back on the road.Helping me wasn't their job but they wanted to make sure I was safe. I really appreciated it! Thanks again!

I have had two vehicles repaired with carstar over the years and have had very positive experiences both times. I can't really speak to their pricing, as with both situations I was in accidents that were not my fault so I wasn't paying for it. They are thorough and upon pick up on my most recent visit was pleasantly surprised to find my vehicle washed, vacuumed and detailed. It was such a nice touch.The only reason I give four stars is because it was a full month wait to get my car fixed. My accident was in February and they said the delay was simply due to the fact that it was winter time and they have a higher volume of needed vehicle repairs, which makes sense. I called around a bit to see if anyone could get it fixed a little sooner, but most places I was running into were still at the three week mark.I would still strongly recommend car star for a vehicle repairs even if you have to wait a bit.

Northwest CARSTAR, did a great job on my repair. We had a fender bender, and fortunately no one was hurt but my poor Subaru Outback had damage to the hood, drivers side fender and door. CARSTAR did a great job, handling everything for me, from coordinating with State Farm to booking my rental car. They made it easy to be without my car. When I got it back after only 3 days they fixed it perfectly and the pearly white paint even matched everywhere. You can't even tell it was in an accident and looks brand new again.Thanks to everyone at CARSTAR who helped us!

Took my pickup in to have body work done on the tailgate and bumper. I felt rushed to check out as they were trying to leave for the day. I got home only to realize they put old parts that were defective back on the pickup, that were considered single use parts. I had to return the pickup to get new parts installed and the tailgate adjusted. My wife had to schedule to pick up after hours after a quick inspection she noted that they did not double check the 2nd fix and the bumper lights were still not fixed properly and sticking out. And the tailgate still needing adjustment. Not sure if I trust them to fix it a third time. Do not go here.

I recently submitted my car to carstar NW Omaha. They have changed dramatically in the last few years, was very trusting and great work. NO MORE!!!! They did a HORRIBLE job on my car. The repair potion of the repair the color did not even come close to matching the rest of the car, reference the need for additional repairs. I still have NO idea what this additional work consisted of. It looks like all they did was paint the underneath of my car. Even worse, they sent additional billing to my insurance company without my approval. When I went to pick up my car they wanted me to sign an additional check the insurance company sent to them, they stated that it was necessary to repair the car properly. OK, but they have an obligation to get approval from me the owner. Then to add insult to injury they forged the signature on the check from the insurance company. The check was issued to both the body shop and I. STAY AWAY FROM CARSTAR IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS!!!!!!!! I will be posting reviews every where I can. You can't get away with this carstar NW!!!

TERRIBLE PLACE. PLACE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. LEFT my vehicle totally a mess. I wanted to keep it my total loss vehicle to repair else where . PLEASE read my facebook review on their site for more information .just trust me don't go there . doesn't even deserve a one star.

I just had my car fixed by CARSTAR I must say they did an amazing job! My car looks awesome and it was done quickly and the process leading up to taking my car in was amazing. I dealt with one person (Dinae) up until the day of pick up. She was amazing the entire time. I had no issues with the service up until the day of pick up. I received a call from Crystal stating that my car was ready, I told her the time I'd be there she said okay and hung up I didn't get a bye or anything. (One of my biggest pet peeves not saying goodbye and simply hanging up) she was very unpleasant on the phone. Now when I arrived at carstar to pick up my car I walked in and crystal (again) just stared at me she did not greet me when I walked in. I told her who I was and I was here to get my car she again said nothing to me turned around grabbed my paperwork handed it to me said "you have lifetime warranty on what we fixed here's your keys" and that was it. She was so rude. I don't think anyone with such poor customer service should ever work as a receptionist. Not to mention she treated the customers after me the same way! It's sad that One person can ruin a review. Thank you to Dinae and the ones working on my car you all did great! Sadly one person ruined what would be an awesome review!

I've used Carstar for 2 sets of hail damage and two other bangs--my wife backed into the car rear door and I clipped the mirror on the garage. Carstar have always been reasonably priced (typically the best compared to others), and they have always done a professional and thorough job.

Went here based on a recommendation from a friend and coworker. They were very friendly, quick, and efficient when I dropped my car off as well as when I picked it up. Carstar kept me updated about fixing my car (severe hail damage from earlier this year), and they were even done a day earlier than planned. When I picked my car up, it was clean inside and out (probably the cleanest it's been since I bought it), and I definitely plan on coming here for any future repairs!
