Our sales person is Dallas. He listened to what we needed and thoroughly explained several options including commercial grade flooring - which is what we truly needed. As we worked together we eliminated till we had the right product. In the end we paid far less for better materials than the big box retailers. No BS, having shopped elsewhere and dealt with "sales," we were able to decide quickly; this was a welcome relief!

We have used Carpetland on and off for the past 8 years. We have purchased luxury vinyl tile, carpet, natural wood floors and backsplash tile. From a pricing perspective, we have found them to be more competitive than Nebraska Furniture Mart, but the Mart will sometimes win out due to their financing options (Carpetland has very limited options). During our most recent renovation, the rep we worked with went above and beyond in special ordering wood floor samples for us to review.Their installers (they typically outsource) have been professional and do quality work. My only reason for 4-stars is that at times communication could have been more proactive and there were a few occasions where we needed to follow-up more than once. We also had a more recent issue where they ordered grout for our backsplash, were told it was there, but then it couldn't be found when we arrived to pick-up. However, in the whole scheme of things, we will continue to use Carpetland for their quality, reasonably priced products and great service overall.

Good deals, good carpets- crappy customer service. Was told it would be installed in one day so we booked a house inspection for the next day. They left and told us they would come back the next day. Could not get ahold of anyone to rectify this. Called first thing in the morning- all the guy said was " oh well, I'm sorry" no attempt to rectify a broken promise.

The installers they hired did a not not great job. It took them days to complete the job when I was told day and a half. 3 people showed up but 1 stayed and did all the work. Was told they would be here one day they didn't show, on another day wasn't coming until late. Said they used Ardex to level area but didn't. Didn't use correct transition strips in doorways. Carpetland worked with use and took our concerns into consideration but still want happy. Got a transition strip from their bone yard and some Ardex per owner and we finished the job. Months later we are being billed for pieces we didn't even pick up and fixing stair treads because they weren't glued correctly. They have great prices and great people but their installers suck. Not sure i would use them again.

Price shopped a few places, all were out months on installation. Carpet Land had the best price AND could give us service immediately for a great product. We worked with Kevin Cupps and he was a fantastic, low pressure, informative salesman. Listened to what we needed, made suggestions and was nothing but informative and helpful. Cannot say enough about the great experience we had here, we will definitely be repeat customers when we need carpet again.

Friendly and easy to work with. We had very specific needs as far as the type of carpet and how we wanted it to perform in our basement. They patiently worked with us until we found the perfect fit. Installation was quick and everything looks fantastic. Plan to go back for hardwood installation upstairs.

Believe the bad reviews and the good. Its a crapshoot. This business appears to be one of the most poorly run flooring stores in Omaha but must be making money because they are still here and busy. It was my go to flooring store till the last 2 flooring purchases. My advice is use them for materials if they are the cheapest but DO NOT have them arrange install. If you do buy at Carpetland ask for Chuck. He may be the only employee there with a conscience.

I've had Carpetland do two different houses for me & both jobs went smoothly. They came when they said they would, finished on time, and kept my house clean during the process. I have recommended them to many friends & colleagues.

We always have good luck finding carpet remnants, vinyl and tile at Carpetland. I recently had my two year old tagging along and one of the salemen was sure to check in with us a couple different times as we were looking and offer her some candy. Jared was also great to work with and gave us a smokin' deal on some leftover tile they had. We've completed several projects with Carpetland and will continue to go back!

Please be aware of making a purchase at Carpet land. This may have been the worst purchasing experience I have endured in many years. We shopped around extensively for the right carpet, and we were finally recommended to carpet land by a colleague. Our initial interaction was above average. It did take us to be proactive to find a salesperson to help us after being inside the store for an extended period of time. However, once we tracked someone down we were pleased with our interaction. We decided on carpet land because we were told that our installation would be 7 to 10 days. This was perfect as other places were experiencing months out on install. We even went with carpet land over a competitor who quoted us a cheaper price due to the shorter timeframe. Although the timeline was not accurate. We waited over three and a half weeks to get our carpet installed. Every time we called to get an update we kept getting different dates. We were told a Monday and that came and went with no phone call or email. We called again and were told it would be the following week. Again that passed with no call. We called a third time told it would be the following Monday, and we would get a confirmation call from our sales person on that upcoming Friday. Again no call or confirmation. We followed up for the forth time and were told "oh yeah your installer picked up your product and is on his way". The lack of communication was severely poor as we had to reschedule many work and personal events to be present for the install. When the installer arrived he was great. Professional and pleasant. We thought our troubles were finally over. We were sadly mistaken. After the install was complete. He showed us major flaws in the carpet. There was no quality check prior to the carpet being given to the installer. It had a major zig zag pattern running half the length of the carpet and the thread on majority of the carpet did not match what we ordered. He informed carpet land right away, and took pictures of the flaws. He relayed that carpet land would get in contact with us right away to give us an update on the issue. However, 48 hours went by with no call or communication from the business. We AGAIN had to follow up and find out the status. The salesperson acted as if he was surprised we called, and gave us the impression he was hoping we would forget about the flaw as this was causing him an major inconvenience. He finally told us that our product was reordered, and we would be given a call with an update on that Friday. Friday came and went and AGAIN, no call or update. This experience has been a complete nightmare at every turn. At this point we don't know if they actually ordered the replacement of if they genuinely going to fix the flawed product. We lost complete trust in this company and want others to be aware. We sincerely hope this doesn't happen to any other customers.
