We had a rental house with a very "unique" (pathetic) kitchen in an older home that totally needed to be redone. My husband is pretty good at seeing the diamond in the rough, but CP took it to the next level with their vision of what the kitchen could be. They gave us three options with regard to pricing, depending on what materials were picked, and provided us with design pictures that clearly showed what the finished product would look like. While the project took a little longer than expected--due to a backordered item and an unanticipated "surprise" when the old floor was removed--the workmanship was AWESOME and they kept to the budget. In fact, the kitchen turned out so great that the renters ended up purchasing the house from us! CP added value, and we got our investment back right away.

Not to make things awkward, but my husband and I were the potential buyers of the home mentioned in the one star review. Carlson Projects was noting but professional and honest about the potential situation we were facing with the roof. They gave us options and in no way tried to sway us from the making the purchase. They were open and honest about the previous conversations they had with the current owners and what was needed to properly fix the issues. I would definitely contact them in the future!

DONT HIRE THEM. Carlson Projects is not a reputable resource and should not be seen as a company you can trust. They do not look for a resolution to the specific problem but rather they jumped to the biggest more expensive conclusion and convinced a buyer of our house the repair was needed to proceed. What they told the buyer has no validity to the truth or to the roof that is in question. They didn't not notate the actual issue in their report and did not make the buyer aware of it. They told me the repair that I had done was for a seal to a broken tile. When I challenged them and asked them to pull it up, they said it was for a "seal to the stone" which a decorative piece on the top. It needed new mortar or sealant. They refused to admit they were wrong. There should be a big red flag to anyone who is looking for a ceramic tile roof repair person in Lincoln. They don't fully investigate the situation and jump to major conclusions and report false things.
