Visitors BEWARE!!! VERY UNRELIABLE!!! I only gave one star because I had to in order to write this review. I would happily give them zero stars. I called them the night before my flight to request that a cab pick me up in the morning. I called again in the morning (2 hours before) and confirmed my arrangements. The operator acknowledged that arrangements had been requested the night before and said someone would be out at the time I indicated. I had to call multiple times to make sure the cab was on it's way. Finally, when he got there, he was considerably LATE! This caused a huge mess. 1. He didn't know where he was going. Got lost. 2. He didn't have a credit card machine in his cab so he had to call in the payment. This took FOREVER and got me there EXTRA EXTRA LATE. 3. I missed my flight. 4. Had to rebook. 5. Had to pay a rebooking fee. 6. Had to spend SIX long hours in the Lincoln airport waiting for the next flight. Nothing to do there, by the way. 7. Changing my flight meant changing arrangements at home, too. 8. Had to rearrange for pick-up 9. Made it home SIX hours later than I would have. I called the cab company to request a refund of my fare as well as the rebooking fee because I felt that was fair. I spoke to a man who did not give me his name but identified himself as the boss. He said, "I AM the superior," with a ton of arrogance in his voice.1. He blamed ME for the situation. He was extremely condescending. 2. He minimized the severity. 3. After reiterating my point multiple times, he said he would only reimburse my cab fare, NOT my rebooking fee. 4. He was a jerk and told me I should have called another company, which I GLADLY would have had I known this is how he ran his business. Keep in mind, this was a regular Wednesday morning. It wasn't game day or even a weekend. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. Later I found out that this is typical of them. I was told that sometimes they don't show up at all. So, PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Taxi passed me on hwy 2 using the turn lane driving 70mph. Then hit traffic turned off speeding around residentials driving erratically until he was out of sight.

Driver took the longest most round about rout to get to my destination. And they cost an obscene amount I went 10 miles and it cost $40 and get this they DO NOT accept credit only cash wtf would never use again!

When calling in for a cab, I was able to get through, and the driver was very nice. Premium cab service, and they give you an estimated time for pick up as well as a call when they arrive.

called at 9am on a Wed morning and was told wait would be 15 - 45 min. asked if they could narrow it down and they said "somewhere in the middle." decided not to make a reservation. how can you have a 30 min window in the small lincoln area at a time when there is approximately zero demand for cabs?

A few times when I was in dire need of a ride to save me a long walk home at 12am they never showed up. Other times they can take up to a few hours, even on a weekend. From what one driver told me is "most driver's" only work when they want to, not when customers need them. Great employees. Living the "American " dream. Don't or Never depend on cabs in Lincoln Ne.

This cab company sucks they discriminate against people who are in wheelchairs. They don't give a fuck if a person's wheelchair is dead at 11 PM they would rather be downtown picking up people who are not in wheelchairs because it's not done any work for them we need to get a better cab system that treat people in wheelchairs with respect. Because this company doesn't. My friend called the canned company at 11 PM tonight to get a ride home and they told him that there wasn't any available until two am. His Will chair died and he was on a side street with no cell phone because it was dead as well and the guy on the phone pretty much said in a roundabout way it's not my problem you'll just have to get one at 2 AM if we have one. I do not recommend this Cab company.

This company doesn't even deserve one star... They will rob you!!! Their rates are OUTRAGEOUS! Cost us $25 to go three miles! This is by far the WORST cab service I have ever experienced (and I'm from Chicago). Don't do it!!
