I don't typically give flowers much thought. They are a means to an end. Make my wife happy, adorn a banquet table at an event, send to a grieving friend, etc.. I call, they deliver, goal accomplished.I rarely stop to, well, smell the roses..The holiday bouquet I recently ordered from Capehart Floral may have me rethinking my stance on flowers. The arrangement was beautiful, creative and unique, incorporating subtly placed turkey feathers for the season. The quality was well above my expectations and the price seemed most reasonable.Going forward when I order flowers for any of the above scenarios I will do so with the confidence that the recipient will know I took the time to send the very best. And those will, from this day forward, be flowers by Capehart Floral. Good work guys!

I live in southern california now and needed to send some live plants to one of my oldest friends for his wedding I was going to be missing. Holly responded to my email almost instantly and was always fast and available to help me choose the order. She had great advice, price options, and customer service overall! The only small complaint I never received my email copy of the receipt even after a second request to have it sent. I'm guessing that this is the fault of email filtering to junk or trash however since they were fabulous in every other way, so I can't dock them for it. They sent me a text message photo of the plants before sending them out for delivery so I knew what my friends were getting.What blew me away!!: I was on the phone with my friend the day of his wedding and found that he had not received any deliveries. I started to panic since it was supposed to be delivered 2 days prior to the wedding.Holly responded to my text immediately that she was calling driver, and if for some reason it didn't go the right place she was VERY sorry and they would send another RIGHT AWAY. Once confirmed that the driver had attempted delivery & had left it in the leasing office due to no answer at the address or phone for delivery. She even went as far as to call the leasing office to confirm that they were in fact getting in touch with the people it was intended to be delivered too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN! They will go above and beyond to make sure that your desires are met and your happy with the product produced.

I had been reading so many negative reviews on the larger flower brokers that I decided to do a little research on local florists from California. The yelp reviews on Capehart Floral were very positive. I called the shop and described what I wanted to send to congratulate my friend on her new job, new house and relocation to Omaha and he made solid suggestions of plants that would brighten her day and office and said we've got a delivery to that area this afternoon. I received a surprised text from her with a thank you and a picture less than 2 hours later. The plant looks like a perfect fit and I couldn't be happier with my new "local" florist find. Thank you for a quick and easy transaction for for helping make my friends day!

Came here multiple times to just grab a quick arrangement or even a long stemmed rose for my fiancé. Service has always been great. the ladies I talked to were very nice and polite. The arrangements have always lasted a decent amount of time as long as we kept watering them. Will continue to buy flowers from them in the future.

My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday to be delivered on that day. First they delivered them 2days early with dead flowers in them. I called to tell them while I love that my daughter sent me flowers I was very disappointed that they would deliver an arrangement with dead flowers. After the person on the phone tried to tell me they just weren't opened yet and I explained these will never open because they are dead. She offered to replace the arrangement. We'll I just received the replacement arrangement and I know they are nothing like my daughter would have ordered because she hates roses. Every year she sends me the same type of arrangement with Astoria Lilly flowers. This arrangement has 3 of the ugliest roses in it and the other Lillie's are probably the worst I have seen from a florist. She normally orders them thru another local florist and they are always gorgeous. I love that she thought of me and sent flowers but I believe the florist should give her what she paid for. I will be sure to tell everyone that I know never use capehart florist.

Wonderful service and so easy. They deliver on Easter! Flowers looked beautiful. Highly recommend them for deliveries -- especially if you want to make all of the arrangements online.

I was raised in Omaha but moved many years ago. I still have family and friends in Omaha and the surrounding areas. Rather than using an internet service, I have called different Omaha florist directly to have flowers delivered to friends for birthdays and holidays. For the last year I have been using Capehart and have been very pleased. I especially like that they send a picture of the arrangement to me. I can see what is being sent in my name.The staff at the florist now are familiar with me and even remember some of my request. When ordering flowers for a elderly relative who has poor sight, I asked for some fragrant flowers to be added to the bouguet. The next time I ordered for my Aunt they remembered and they made a point of inculding scented flowers.In the last few months I have gotten lazy and have used them to connect with florist in other cities to arrange for deliveries. Having made a connection with a responsible business, I let them take the care of the particulars. They know my style and have my information which saves me alot of time.I am and have been very pleased.

I ordered a flower spray for a funeral and was told it would be delivered the day before the funeral service started, when I called to make sure delivery was set-up correctly. I even noted under special instructions that the service was at 10:30 am and the flowers needed to arrive before then. The day of the funeral an hour after the service started I received a call, letting me know they in fact weren't delivered and they do not deliver to Murdock, NE? WTF!!!Honestly I placed the order on Monday for a Wed service, noted everything in the system about the service, even called and confirmed everything was set and I get a call the day of an hour after the service that no, your flowers will not be delivered. How is that okay? This was for a funeral and a spray for a casket. I'm not only embarrassed that my flowers never arrived and they left me no choice to get a backup ordered since I was notified so late but I'm heartbroken that during such a sad time that I was not able to show my love and support to the family. I don't know how this business is even running. How could you be so careless and incompetent?? What a terrible business and completely unreliable and unapologetic. I hope this review will let people know not to use them, as they clearly do not care about their customers and have so empathy or sympathy during a tough time to get their job done properly. Really there are no words for a business like this.

I received a beautiful arrangement from Capehart Floral. The colors of the flowers were so vibrant! The arrangement stayed perfect for almost 2 weeks - and even then I was able to pull a few stems out and put them into a smaller vase and enjoyed them for another week! I highly recommend this florist to anyone who needs flowers for any occasion.

I highly recommend this florist. They did a beautiful job on a plant I had ordered. It was free delivery and they even sent me a picture of the plant before it went out for delivery. They gave such personal service even on an out of town order. I cannot say enough on how pretty the plant looked and their emails to keep me informed.
