If you are looking for basic dental care and free goodies, then this might be your dental office.A family member went to this dental office due to toothache and was suggested / proposed with a care plan. We followed what had been suggested but end up had to go to ER and need an emergency surgery after 3 weeks of so-called proposed dental care plan. And the office claimed the emergency operation was due to "untreated medical issues". How could it considered as "untreated medical issues" when we were under one of the doctor's care and following his suggestion!!!VERY IRRESPONSIBLE in my book and STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Dr. Gray is an excellent dentist! I feel very comfortable with having her fit me for a new partial. She made it fit prior to sending it home with me. Top quality service all around! I would highly recommend Capehart Family dentistry.

I asked FB for family dental recommendations. This had the most recommendations. I called and was able to schedule 3 appointments for the following week. The staff was very friendly and helped us out with our cleanings and orthodontic referrals. I highly recommend this location.

They scheduled me for a repair on my crown. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, upbeat and welcoming. The waiting area is clean and not cluttered.

Facilities seem nice.Bring pockets full of cash. They won't let you go without a tussle.Busy, which should be an indication of quality expectations.Nice bathroom.

Doesn't respond to emails, loses track of paid invoices. Dentist placed spacer fell out 10 minutes after leaving appointment, makes me wonder if they actually know what they're doing?

Bad Experience I made my boyfriend an appt. where they did a consultation/XRay. The cost for this was $185. They then referred him to La Vista Endodontics because they said his cap needed to be drilled from the side to fill it to stop the pain. La Vista Endodontics said he needed a root canal and my boyfriend questioned this. Then they said his tooth was just sensitive and could use Sensadine toothpaste. The cost for their consultation/XRay was $203. Cost altogether was $388 for just a sensitive tooth issue. I would Not recommend going to either one of these places.

love the hygienist and doctor. Left without getting estimate for future work dispite at least 15 minute notice from hygienist that I would be leaving soon. not first issue with office staff.
