Canth Awards

I've had Canth do a number of personal and work awards over the last year plus. The final quality is always excellent and the price is right. So what's the catch? Expect to be in constant contact to make sure the project is done on time. I think they probably take on more than they should and promise quick turnaround times (which admittedly I've taken advantage of).

Never had a single problem getting awards and engravings from here for the last year. Even last minute items. The quickest turn around I've from here was approximately 1.5 days for last minute orders. However it's best to get your order in as soon as you know just in case. Even if another shop or competitor priced matched their services and prices I still would hands down go here. I can guaranteed the work will be neat, professional and that they're adaptable to handle it in a timely manner.

I went in to get two simple black plastic name tags made. I ordered them on Monday and he said he would have them done by Thursday. I wasn't able to get back until the following Tuesday and they weren't done yet. Three days later I went back and they were closed at 4:50 pm. The door, their business card and their web site say they close at 6. Needless to say I won't be returning for anything.

I received a clock as a gift for Christmas several years ago and it was engraved in correctly because my mother-in-law didn't proof read before ordering. However, I held on to it and decided now is the time to get the glass replaced and etched. I dropped off the clock in February and they wrote down on paper what I wanted told me would take a week. After that week, I call to see if it was ready and they said "no it will be ready the following week." To make a long story short it is now May 13 after going in the store several times to pick up my order been told it would be ready it was never ready and at one time they acted like they lost it. Not only was it edged incorrectly the whole ordeal was very unprofessional. I'm leaving out of a lot of the in between simply because it would take me an hour to type. The first thing I did when I got out of my car after picking up the clock was placed it in the trash I'm so disappointed. If there was an option to do negative stars I would.
