My husband and I had a good experience when purchasing our RV at Camping world in Lincoln. Everyone was a pleasure to work with! Especially our salesman Chris who didn't complain once while taking us out on the coldest day of the year to look at campers! We had multiple interactions with the GM Bryce who was also wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend Camping world when looking to purchase a camper or anything camping related!

As a camping enthusiast, I was super excited to purchase our Camper (from Leaches In Lincoln which I recommend tell them I sent you) in November of 2021. Since it's Nebraska and cold, we didn't get to use the camper till summer of 2022. I spent the winter stocking the camper, most of which I got from Camping World online. We were finally able to start using the camper later summer and the first time I washed this comforter it ripped on the seams in three different spots! Washed, never made it to the dryer. I emailed the customer service department and they told me I can't return it or get a replacement because it's more than 90 days old and discontinued. It spend those 90 days in the factory bag sealed because it was winter and I couldn't use it. Because Camping World doesn't stand behind their cheaply made products, I'll be purchasing my supplies this winter and from now on else where.

These people don't have the slightest idea how to take care of their customers. I came in for a de-winterize, 4 hours later I was told the kitchen sink faucet "is broken " they couldn't tell me what was broken but it needed to be replaced. The service advisor never let me know until I started asking questions. He never even tried to call the extended warranty to see if this is covered. It was that time he called the warranty company and got authorization to replace the faucet. Terrible service!I spent over 35 years in a service department as a tech and mostly a service advisor, Master Certified with Ford and GM with a massive following. I wish I could train there service department to become a 5 star service and double their revenue with great customer experience which creates a happy owner.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. What a joke. We bought an rv trailer and first we had to wait 4 days for it to be cleaned. Who has something for sale and then wait a bit we have to clean it first. That's something you do before it goes up for sale. Then we overpaided for it, then they questioned my towing setup because I wouldn't purchase their $3,000 hitch system. Even though I've towed a lot more heavier stuff than a light camper but ok. We've had the fridge not cool enough, the oven quit working, burners have a terrible time lighting, water pump don't work, table in kitchen is extremely loose, door don't shut without slamming it, awning is extremely slow, all jacks were bent and wouldn't hold their own weight, front axle is bent, shall I continue? Dave was our salesman and just like a typical salesman selling junk. If I paided less than $5,000 ok fine. But we paired over $30,000 for a piece of junk that should have went to the scrap yard. I only went here because I helped to build the place and the construction manager was really cool, but this place is horrible. And any service they want to keep it for a week. And we have to live out of this. I would have been better with a cardboard box than this expressive junk.

Terrible experience. Couldn't come to an agreement on a price so we walked, they called back days later saying they could make what we wanted work. We got there and STILL had to haggle, then they tried hiding fees to get it back to the price they wanted. I know salesmen have to sell things, but do it honestly. They do not. Family members have had the same experiences as we have.

We had a refrigerator that stopped working on a cross country trip. The trailer was a Grand Design XLS 17MKE and it was new. We called the Grand Design dealer in Lincoln and the first thing they asked was "did you buy it from us". We did not and he wasn't ancious to help us out. We called Camping World in Lincoln and I talked to Tyler there and he was so incredibly helpful. He said bring it in. We did and they got right on it and found the problem and the charge was extremely fair. I can't recommend them high enough. They are the greatest. Tyler is the greatest also.

As I stated in previous review. I would never go back to camping world. So I got rid of my cheaply made Coleman. At a loss for me. But it was worth the walk away. Every time I walked out my door. I was reminded of the crap they sell. And every time I took it to the shop. They damaged more stuff. I'm done with CAMPING WORLD.

This place has no problem making promises, the only problem with that is THEY WILL LIE AND SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY, but after you buy they have NO CONCERN FOR YOU AND WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU, charge you for service they never done, tell you things are fixed only to find out when you go out to camp that they didn't fix anything. BEWARE AND GO ELSE WHERE. O and by the way, the nice little response you get after posting your comments, don't even bother with it, they don't care about you, and won't help, they have to many other customers to screw over...you will never get a satisfied reply or a satisfied response. The whole company from the owner to the janitor are piss poor at what they do.

Stopped to get propane filled and see if they had a part, very poor customer service, the person at the reception desk didn't know who did propane so we went to service waited almost half hour when we stopped someone and their reply you have to wait till their done lunch. As far as parts a sign saying closed. We left
