I made the switch from Fashion Cleaners to Camelot over a year ago for several reasons. Their prices are cheaper, most of the time, their staff is friendly and professional, and they are quick with the turnaround time is getting your clothes back to you. There had been one time where they temporarily lost an item of clothing but were able to find, retrieve this within a week of losing it. Parking is the greatest challenge at this business where the spaces are cramped and hard to maneuver with other drivers who are much older and lacking skills to turn or look behind to see you coming. I will keep using this vendor until their service becomes inferior.

WARNING: bring water when you enter this business. There's a green woman who either owns, or manages, this business who's looking for some red slippers and a little dog. And she means business!!!! Reasonably priced and previous good service BUT.....the owner, or manager, is straight from the Salem witch trials. My hubby picked up a shirt I had laundered. The stain had not come out. He let the lady checking him out know that the stain was still there and to send it back. At that point the owner, or manager, stepped up and grabbed the shirt playing a tug of war, if you will, saying in a very loud voice, "You're going to pay for that!". At which point my hubby says he will once the stain is gone. This exchange went back and forth for a while. In the end they retreated the shirt and most of the stain come out. However, we will not be back. That lady/witch creature is cray, cray!!! Hyvee is much more convenient. Will be using their services going forward. Good riddance.

I brought my comforter in to get cleaned as my dog got sick on it. I also needed a small tear repaired on the inside lining. It was maybe the size of a silver dollar. Two employees looked at it and said it wouldn't be a problem. They said it would be approximately a week before it was ready. That was fine with me. Even though I had been there previously to have other items cleaned in the past, the gal in the front couldn't find my information after trying my phone number, address and name. I ended up just going through the process of giving them all of my contact details again. I literally had to repeat everything multiple times, particularly my phone number which has an AZ area code. After about 15 minutes of being there, I left. 2 weeks later, still no call from them saying my comforter was ready. My husband went down there and much to his surprise they brought our comforter out still not cleaned. They claimed they couldn't repair the tear and therefore couldn't clean it. He asked them why they didn't call us to let us know. They said they attempted but had my number wrong. They had my area code as 402 instead of my az area code. I am seriously at a loss for words with this experience. The fact that they claim to do minor tailoring is crap!! I am not a seamstress and I could have patched that tear myself. Now I have old dog vomit that's now set in to my $400 comforter. I will never go back to Camelot again.
