Amazing food, quick snd friendly service. Their baked goods were fantastic..They can get pretty busy but we got lucky to be seated quickly. They sleep have a drive thru which is great!

We stopped by breakfast recently, and the experience was pleasant overallFirst, the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, which really made for a warm and inviting atmosphere.The food, however, was just okay. While everything was cooked properly, there wasn't much that stood out. The flavors were a bit underwhelming, It wasn't bad by any means--just nothing particularly special. If you're looking for a decent breakfast, it'll do the job, but I wouldn't go out of my way for the food alone.Overall, I'd recommend this place if you're looking for a welcoming spot with great service.

We found our new favorite brunch / breakfast spot! We even went two days in a row. :)It was the perfect, quaint restaurant and there were lots of locals in there. We didn't have a wait on Saturday or Sunday morning. The tables are pretty close together but not that you feel like you're on top of the next table. Can't believe there's a drive through also!The americano was delicious, I love that they have their own little coffee booth inside the restaurant. Biscuits and gravy were to die for and the hangover was definitely named perfectly. He couldn't eat the whole thing. Everything was cooked to perfection and we had no complaints of service. Love this place, definitely bring someone that you want to impress!

Stopped by this local spot with a party of 3 just five minutes before closing on a Sunday. We didn't know it closed at 2 pm... but the host seated us and the waitress took our orders without mentioning their closing time. I think that says a lot about the team here. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable... knowing we have broken the unwritten rule (bum rushing da club at closing). Needless to say the service was awesome. The food was equally awesome. Definitely recommend!

This was a great meal for $22 (including tip)! Chicken fried chuck was interesting, and although not quite as good as steak in my opinion, it was something new and had a great flavor.The eggs were cooked great. I subbed sausage patties for the hash browns, this was a $1 up charge--much cheaper than most. It came with a side of pancakes which were just ok, nothing amazing.Overall I would definitely return. Service was great and the manager was extremely kind and friendly--made us feel like our business was really helping the place out which was great.Large portion means I got 2 meals out of this deal, definitely a great spot for brunch!

Went here for a meeting but I'll be back whenever my morning brings me out this way! Great atmosphere. Wonderful and attentive staff. Uncomplicated food choices with wonderful quality ingredients. I had a chef salad. Seems boring but the grilled chicken was so perfectly seasoned it is a don't miss. I chose the homemade 1000 island dressing and the am so glad I did. The owner came up to our table while we were about done and thanked us for coming to see them. He radiates love for what he does. You can't go wrong with that!

Everyone was so nice and they made me feel very welcome, even though I was doing dining alone. I was on the hunt for a great chicken fried steak and I found it at Café Diem! The outside was so perfectly crispy and delicious and the steak was done perfectly, not dried out and easy for me to chew, which is really important to me because I have problems with my jaw.They even have a full service coffee area now so next time I go I definitely will try special coffee. It felt like a homestyle Café. It was set up that big families could come in and dine easily, which I thought was awesome. I was seated by the window and had an enjoyable view outside. There is also outside seating.

This is a favorite nearby stop for us but we tried something different today. We shared the steak & eggs breakfast, it was served already divided onto two plates which was a nice touch. The thick steak was cooked exactly as we asked, and the owner stopped by to see how we liked it; he is a beef lover and only serves steaks that have not been frozen. The eggs & hash browns were also tasty; the cinnamon raisin toast is a like a dessert for breakfast. All in all a great way to start the day :)

The food is always good. The portions are generous. The cinnamon rooks are delicious. The service is always friendly and efficient.

The service in this "plain Jane" setting is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and equally accommodating. The menu is long and varied and the prices range from $10 to $20. The food is tasty and cooked to perfection. You could not find a better place for breakfast or lunch. The owner and his wife manage this cafe. He is the "bull cook" and she ramrods the dining area. He has years of experience having managed a major chain steakhouse in Omaha. They close at 2:00 PM. I find more table availability around 11:00 AM.
