Visited the location in the mall. I needed something done with my wedding band because it was thinning at the bottom of the ring. The gentleman that helped me and actually did the work was professional, friendly, and informative. The work to fix the thinning was excellent. The ring looked like new when I got it back and the thin spot was gone.I recommend them for this type of jewelry repair

Really glad I stopped here with a watchband replacement problem for a very small band. They fixed me up in no time and gave me 20% off. I was so happy with this experience. Another jewelry store recommended them since they have various size bands on hand. Thank you!

About every two years, I have need of a jeweler. Sometimes it's for a new watch battery, band or adjustment. Sometimes it's for jewelery repair or adjustment for something of my wife's. I don't wear jewelery. I can't imagine ever spending $1000 on a watch, etc.My point is that I'm not a great customer for a jeweler. But over the past decade or so, every time I walk in to Caat Jewelery, I am treated like a great customer. I really appreciate that.

I needed four watch batteries replaced. I had to return twice because they hadn't been replaced at the time given. Then, NONE of the watches worked after I came home because the replacement batteries weren't working. I went back a THIRD time, supposedly all were replaced. My husband's watches then worked. I went back today a fourth time as my two watches weren't working and the shop was closed at 11 a.m. "for lunch". I called and explained my two watches weren't working, (fairly new Bulova watches). I was rudely told that they had no other batteries and the problem was my old watches. So, I went down to Riddles Jewelers and had pleasant and prompt replacement of the watch batteries. My watches are now working. I also had two gold necklaces repaired. I was given no list of repair costs, though I'd had a verbal estimate of $25 per necklace. I ended up with a bill of $130 for two watch batteries and two new gold clasps; I will never, ever return to this business. Plus, of course, I had to pay $42 at Riddles for the replacements. Don't visit this place for watch batteries!!

Went in today to get my engagement ring resized, it only needed to be a half size larger. Took 30 minutes and was surprised at how cheap it was to get it done. Very pleased with the work, and very happy I could get my ring back in the same day!

Gorgeous ring from the shop! Pictures do not do it justice! I needed it sized chad sized it in not even 30 minutes you can't even tell where it was sized everything blends perfectly! The owner and worker are amazing! Very good costumer service and they get things done in a timely manner!

I went to caat jewelers in westroads mall for many years I've always had exceptional work done there.. I'm happy to hear they are opening back up on June 1st 2018 in he same spot in westroads mall Omaha Nebraska

Caat jewelry is once again gone and along with it my jewelry they were fixing, moving in the middle of the night. Anyone have any news on this and Chad Davis, owner, please let me know,,,,I will update police report already filed by others missing their jewelry as well!
